Never Again!! Ordered 3 large pizzas at 1:00 in the afternoon for 6:00pm. Got it 20mins late and was semi warm. Wanted to try the tavern style crust. Big mistake, pile of sausage just dumped on and over done. Two bites was enough. Had grandkids over for Halloween, they said they only ate the pizza cause they were hungry. Smacked me $81 for 3 pizzas and be late besides. So done with Pizza Hut!!

Before anything, I just wanted to mention that had to put one star only cause that’s how I can put this review up. This experience doesn’t even deserve any stars.
I ordered 2 medium pizzas. I got the pizzas and they were hard and stale. I even made sure it wasn’t in my head by tasting the mid part of the pizza. It was bad all around. I called the store and the manager didn’t even let me finish talking and asked do I want him to remake it or not. I only started to explain how the pizza was and got interrupted that he will remake the pizza. I didn’t think too much of how the convo went till now. I was waiting to get my new pizzas and heard a set of 2 very loud pounding on the door. I got really scared. Mind you this is past 8pm at night. I opened the door and saw it was the delivery guy and kindly asked him why he knocked so loud like that. He yelled at me because its his second time out here tonight and I don’t tip. I always tip. This one time I don’t and this happens. The delivery guy throws my pizzas on the ground and starts to walk off. I told him I want to show him the pizzas I got earlier. But he just drives off.
I called the store right away and the manager was rude and just argued with me right away while I was crying trying to explain how scared I was. He does cuts me off and said that I need to stop yelling at him and he will talk to the delivery guy. Me trying to be nice all the time no matter what, my daughter took the phone from me and did start yelling at the manager. Anyways, I wanted a refund and the manager said I can’t get a refund and can only get a store credit. I didn’t want the store credit cause that means I would have to come back to the store and use it. He says that my choice. He said he was gonna put me on hold so he can take an order. He gets back on and asked for my card number. I asked him why does he need it. He says didn’t you want a refund? I asked him to please explain what he is planning on doing. He rudely says “didn’t you want a refund? Why else would I be asking for it?” I said how would I know thats what he is doing. Earlier he said I can’t get a refund and store credit only. The way he was talking to me was like I had no common sense. He also made it look like I was just trying to get free pizzas. I did return the pizzas to the store and give him $3 tip cause thats what they were so angry about. The manager asked me why I wasted his time making new pizzas then. I told him, as angry the driver was, what if he spit in the pizzas.
First of all, if the pizzas were good the first time the delivery guy wouldn’t have to come back a second time. As for tips, I tip all the time where I go. But sometimes people can be on a budget and can’t here and there too. If this is how the tipping world is going to be then what if no one orders no more. Then you’ll be out of delivery orders one day. Either way, that is not how customer service should be. I understand if there was a angry customer yelling and cussing. But that was not the way I approached the issue here or anywhere I go.

Tried to order over the phone at 10:20 this evening and was met with a huge sigh of aggravation and ultimately refusal to take my carryout order. I went and ordered from Southside Pizza Hut instead where they were friendly and it wasn’t an inconvenience to them like it was to the female worker on Taylor tonight.

My food soaking in sauce I got the meal for one with a melt and some wings and the sauce looks like it was just poured in the box it isn’t even on the wings all of it is in the bottom of my box and my melt is completely covered and soggy from the sauce, pretty oissed about it actually

Very disapointed with my pizza. I got a large pepperoni and when it came, it was paper thin and overcooked. It felt more like eating a cracker than a pizza. I’m only giving it 2 stars because the boneless wings were alright.

Yesterday I ordered delivery, the pizzas I received were dry, with barely any sauce or cheese. I ended up throwing them away cuz we couldn’t even eat them. Total waste of money and over priced for that matter. I even called the store to complain and all they offered was a side of sauce if I wanted to go get it. I mean REALLY?? Never again! They don’t even deserve the one star I gave them.

The pizzas taste great! I received my entire order whereas other places mess orders up. The delivery was super quick, faster than expected! The driver was nice and friendly! The wings needed more shaking or a little more sauce but otherwise everything was perfect and delicious and timely!

Has gone downhill. Food is overly greasy than before to where we all got stomach aches. Wings either have been undercooked, or lacked sauce and in one case, had no sauce. I will not order probably ever again. Very sad because I enjoyed their meat lovers and supreme pizzas 20 years ago but im not sure they will turn it around.

Got to the store and they forgot to make one of my pizza’s. So waited an extra 20 minutes for that. Got home and realized they shorted my order of breadsticks, and they added two toppings to my big New Yorker that I did not ask for. I called the store, and they made it right by delivering a pizza with the correct toppings and my missing breadsticks. The quality for the food was still good, so there is that. Probably not going to order from here any more, going to start supporting our local pizzeria’s instead.

I gave it a 3 only because the New Yorker sauce was too sweet for me. I was not expecting that and me personally, I do not like sweet sauce. The employees were great and I would give them a 5 star review if I was giving h a review on just them alone. The Cinnabons of course delicious and kiddos loved their medium cheese. Overall, clean, fast, and friendly. If I order again I will change the sauce!

The staff were friendly and the pizza was punctual and hot. The crust of the pizza could use some flavor and the sauce was bright and sweet. A more robust flavorful sauce and a crust seasoned like your bread sticks would do wonders.
