Receipt shows order was made at 330pm to be delivered at 515. At 540 I called told my order received thank you hang up. Call back get a person with a very heavy accent tell me my pizza will come when the delivery person comes. Then 30 to 40 minutes. I said that’s not ok. Food will be cold. As documented on the photo. The food was cold. Easier to tell on the pepperoni pizza which is embarrassing for them. Food was over an hour late, but looked as it was sitting around for a longgg time. My second bad experience here recently. It’s clear there is different management/ownership. I’m done

Thank you for the cold pizza. Below is the timeline of my order so you can understand the issue clearly:
5:47 PM – Order placed
Shortly after – Received a text with a delivery link stating an estimated delivery of 6:17 PM
6:03 PM – Received a text from DoorDash stating they had just received the order, with a new delivery time of 7:23 PM
6:16 PM – I called the store due to the confusion with the two different delivery times
-I was told the order had been transferred to DoorDash
-I was informed that once the DoorDash driver was notified, the pizzas were then put into the oven
-I was told the pizzas had about 7 minutes left to cook and would be at my house shortly
6:20 PM – DoorDash canceled the delivery and transferred the order back to Pizza Hut
6:48 PM – Finally received a message stating the order was on its way
6:57 PM – Order arrived
Both pizzas were cold upon arrival.
Given the delays, order handoffs, and conflicting information, this experience was very frustrating. I would appreciate this being reviewed and an appropriate resolution provided.

Ordered an original pan pizza cheese and pepperoni, there was literally no sauce. Not a little sauce… NO sauce… I drove from almost 9 miles away because they didn’t deliver to my area so it wasn’t worth going back. On top of that the sauce cups for the 2 orders of my breadstick were roughly 1/4 full. Usually don’t leave to many reviews but I’m hoping someone from pizza hut reaches out.

Awful. We will not be going back. We ordered two pizzas. One had very little sauce. The other one was burned so badly we were not able to eat 1/3 of it. When I called the restaurant, no one answered the phone. I think the management changed…the quality used to be great but now it is terrible. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

I ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza with Alfredo sauce instead of marinara….this looks gross. The “spicy” garlic wings were okay, but didn’t taste like spicy garlic…more like mild. Had a pregnancy craving and this turned to be a huge flop. It did come hot….that was the one good thing.

Was looking forward to having the traditional breadsticks that I remember having decades ago but I was very disappointed. Instead I was left with a brick of bread with no seasoning. I will no longer order from Pizza hut again. Quality of breadsticks and pizza went way down.

We ordered off the app for my son’s birthday party.
When I arrived to pick it up, not only did the inside of the store smell like sewage, only half of my order was there. The manager stated he made the entire order. After showing him on my phone that he was wrong he continued to argue with me. I told him we were in a hurry and we’re already going to be late to the party he continued to try to tell me I was wrong. I ended up having to pay for more pizzas and he took him time making them.
This could be a coincidence but it seems unlikely..
Most of the guests (children) at the party claimed to feel extremely nauseous after eating the food.
To quote the manager of this store.
“We get a lot of customer complaints because what you order on the app is different that what we see in store. “
