This place is less then 1 minute away and over 1 1/2 hours later they showed up to deliever what was ordered and luckily I was paying cash so I didnt even answer door. I also ate somewhere else and didnt have the money no more to buy food anyway. And now they have tammy brady as a spokesperson. That guy is a joke.

First I ordered this as a medium I had store credit. He didn’t even know how to use it. Then he put the wrong sauce on I called and complained. He gave me a new one, and this is how it looks. He’s all alone, but that does not give him. Excuse to make a pizza look like this when he’s not even busy and under cooked.

Not a great experience. Called my order in and was given a 30-40 minute delivery window. An hour later, still didn’t have our pizzas so I called and they informed me our pizzas were sitting in the hot box and had been for a while. Somehow door dash hadn’t come to pick them up (because that is who runs delivery for them). No manager available to speak with but they took my info down and said they’d see where door dash was. I ended up calling again and decided to just pick up my pizzas. Got there the same time door dash did. Ended up getting home with the pizzas 90 minutes after ordering, eating ok warmish pizza (probably would have been better hot). Thankfully the manager Glen A did call me the next day to investigate the situation and gave me a store credit in the amount of our order.

Horrible experience. Had to change an order time and called the store. Got an extremely rude gentlemen. The next day, the general manager called and his exact words to me were “he’s got a bad attitude. I don’t know why.” Well at least management knows the nighttime guy is rude. And he didn’t leave a message and fix my order like he said he would. When the food finally came, one of the pizzas was not cooked through completely. Horrible service (that is known and apparently not cared about to fix) and bad food to boot. Will never go back.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and a drink. Spent $30 just for the driver to never show up. After trying to call the store multiple times and just being hung up on before getting the chance to speak I gave up for the night. The following day I just stopped in and ask for a supervisor to get my money back and explain what happened. The guy they claimed was a manager just huffed at me and was annoyed. He clearly didn’t know what he was doing and what he told me to do for the refund didn’t even work. I called after a few more days and got into contact with Glenn A. He was very helpful and offered to give me just a credit to the store for $30. This was the best offer he could give me and I appreciate him taking the time to help make the experience a little bit better! So shout out to Glenn A

I ordered takeout at the Hartford location of a medium 3 topping pizza and a family order of breadsticks with an extra sauce. The total was $17.07. I put a $3.00 tip on there. When I got my credit card statement, that tip had been changed from a $3 tip to a $63.00 tip!!!! That is theft and I will NEVER be back. I tried calling management and only got the calling center for orders. I tried 10 times to reach management but to no avail. I even reached out to my credit card and THEY could not reach management. I am angry that I am out $60 and have no recourse to recoup that money.

We ordered pizza from here via delivery, although the option was available per the website, there wasn’t a driver to deliver, so I ended up picking up my pizza almost two hours later.
The pizza we ordered was decent, but after contacting Pizza Hut about my experience, I never received a response.

I like the food here. I was especially excited to get the stuffed crust and and bread sticks as it’s been over a year since I had pizza hut. Unfortunately I think I’ll wait another year since ordering was so infuriating that I didn’t even bother. The website didn’t work. It was slow and when it came to check out it wouldn’t take my card info. The app was just as bad. I tried calling to order but it was obvious the lady taking phone calls didn’t have English as a first language. She couldn’t understand me and I could barely understand her. I didn’t know pizza hut outsources their phone calls to foreign countries.
