Ordered a large Supreme Stuffed Crust Pizza for takeout. Arrived after the 15 min estimated prep time, but the pizza was kept inside the hotbox when I arrived. Figured it would still be fairly warm yet from the hobox. Not the case. Barely warm. The pizza was supreme. No lack of toppings thats for sure. I feel like whomever prepped my pizza, took a pepperoni pizza and dumped a bucket of toppings into the middle in a pile. Didn’t to bother to spread or cook them into the rest of the pizza. Really bizarre and and a lack of effort. They all just fell off anyway while eating. Really disappointing considering my pizza cost 27 dollars and they try and ask for a tip. For almost 30 bucks you should get a pretty damn good and fresh pizza. Not the case, really sad. Would not return to this location.

Was so excited to share a meal with my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day, which also happens to be my birthday. We ordered 2 medium pizzas, garlic cheese sticks, 8 buffalo wings, a cookie pizza, and 2 ranch dips. We received incorrect sauce on the pizza, it was way to sweet and completely ruined the food. Workers didn’t cut cheese sticks or cookie pizza. We’re staying away from home and had no utensils to cut these ourselves. The wing sauce was COMPLETELY incorrect. Instead of medium buffalo sauce we received bbq wings. AND NO RANCH DIP. I understand that valentines was probably a very busy day for these workers, but not a SINGLE thing we ordered came correct. Absolutely unacceptable. Will never count on this location to do their JOB again. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!

Walking in this establishment me and my party was greeted with a welcoming hello! The store of course smelled good from the pizza and looking around it was super clean. My pizza was hot and ready with my wings and order of brownies,
Great customer service from everyone especially the store manager made sure I had everything before I left out of the restaurant. Definitely will be returning to try the pasta.

Pan crust is too dry, hard, stale, and poor tasting. Nothing like it was years ago. They’re constantly behind and understaffed because there is always a long line of customers waiting. Strong smell of mold inside of the store. Just terrible.

We don’t go out for pizza all that often, but I’ve had at least two pizzas from this place that were essentially raw dough, prompting me to say enough is enough and write this review. When it’s a good night — the pizza is totally fine and exactly what you’d expect from a PizzaHut – not amazing, but totally decent take out pizza from a chain. When it’s a bad night… you get something I’d call inedible. Picture of tonight’s “hand tossed” included so you can be your own judge.

Two weeks in a row we tried… 1st time we waited almost an hour and 45 minutes only to not get the correct order delivered. Called and was told they were out of dough…. The team seemed friendly and was extremely apologetic, so we tried again the following Friday. Placed the order, showed up 30 minutes later, waited 40 minutes, and was told they had forgotten to even start making it. Told them don’t worry about it and left. 2 hours later the same individual calls me from the week prior and says they are out of dough and not able to make my pizzas. Told her it is ridiculous and she shouldn’t lie as I was at the store and they had forgotten. Her silence was comical.

Simply inexcusable. Forgot our bread sticks, exploded cheese all over our stuffed crust, stale/moldy dough…need I go on? My wife and I have been Hut nostalgists our whole lives and ordered from this location many of times. To not return phone calls about the mishap just grinds my gears. Never will I order from here again.

Cold food! Wasn’t told Pizza Hut does business with 3rd party delivery services! Instead of a 25-35 minute wait, we waited 2.5 hours for cold food! I called and was placed on hold for 30 minutes until I hung up! Take your business to Domino’s! Will be disputing the charges. I don’t like doing that but I paid a tip and delivery fee. For cold food!!!!

Terrible. Ordered delivery and it takes over an hour and a half. They use door dash now, they don’t use heat bags so everything comes cold and they forgot one of the pizzas. Ridiculous! Better off making frozen pizza.
