Tried to dine in at this Pizza Hut location for lunch with my son. The tables, dishes, floors, windows and bathrooms were filthy. We ordered ice water. We were brought 2 cups of warm water with no ice in dirty glasses. By the time the food came, we could not even eat we no longer had an appetite.

Ordered a large stuffed crust and they gave us a cold, yet burnt, NOT stuffed crust pizza. I’m not sure how it was cold because we sat at their window and waited for the pizza because they said it wasn’t ready. The breadsticks just weren’t the same as before. Also, when I tried to call them back and tell them what they did wrong, they gave me a recording and I sat there and waited to talk to somebody and then they hung up. Still haven’t gotten ahold of them. Not impressed, this is usually my spot for pizza. Will definitely reconsider.

Pizza hut Pizza shouldn’t be 20 bucks. Pizza was ok but they tried to charge me 65 cents for a homemade 2 oz. cup of pizza sauce.

The food, as usual, was good and was delivered on time but the order was not accurate or complete – bread stick order not included, ordered family size pasta but received a large portion instead. Called the restaurant to report. Person that answered the phone said she would get the manager but call was cut off. Called again and was told the manager would take the call but waited on hold for twenty minutes before giving in and hanging up. It is possible in these times that the store was short staffed that things might be very busy and hectic but it was a poor customer service experience.

Pizza was not what I ordered (my email confirmation said pan and I got thin crust), it was cold, and the garlic cheese bread was cold, hard, and stale. The 20 oz Pepsis were the only satisfactory things we ordered.
