Kimberly our waitress, was exactly who you would want as your store manager as she reflects and oozes leadership skills and public relations expertise. Kimberly has great conversation skills, was extremely polite, and is attentive. Kimberly made us aware of the changes with their breadsticks and explained with great detail the changes from the previous bread stick recipe. She has skills, charisma, and knowledge that you either have or don’t. We could have had terrible food (which we didn’t) and our experience with Kimberly alone would have made it so we wouldn’t have noticed. One smile and one conversation can make a good dining experience into a memorable dining experience . When you come to Pizza Hut come for the food but stay for Kimberly. What a treat. We will be back. Thank you Kimberly!

Wow! I agree! It used to be so good! What happened…in one phone call I was put on hold for ten minutes, dropped the call, and was answered right away! Then they asked “are you a boy or a girl? I don’t know?” Which on me…but, for real. The manager came on the phone after my order was dropped, remade, and then they forgot part of it. He was absolutely unapologetic…never said sorry once. And gave me a refund for the barest minimum, and then, didn’t even say thanks.

Female Manager with black short hair was extremely rude. The place has bugs and never seems to make our food right The only good thing is there is a very friendly server who always makes sure to make the guest feel welcome and tells us to have safe travels home ( apologizes for the name on this acc I use it for spam emails)

Its the barest minimum to take responsibility and apologize when something has gone wrong. Tracy, the manager on duty on Dec 9th did neither. The taco seasoning had been discontinued and instead of leaving a note to not charge for the toppings in question, she did nothing. Put the order out for her coworker kimberly to hand out without any communication to her, and i who made the 40 min round trip to pick it up didnt discover the mismade pizzas, as she had msimade two, when i arrived home. Called back, only to be told it would be a half hour before she got back, and instead she didnt for an hour, and her “call” was to wait on the line until she made connection and then hung up, which i know as i had been waiting like i was glued to my phone, where I had to call back and was treated as if i was the problem for daring to call back. And after she noted that there was nothing she would do but apply credit, and she so far as the system is concerned, she has not. It seems to be a reoccurring issue that this manager treats customers poorly, even after her mistakes.

Pizza Hut use to be one of my favorite places EVER! HOWEVER, we just had the worst experience there & we will not be going back! We walked in, stood for 5 min before being greeted, but was greeted with “it’s only two of us today.” Okay, fine. We placed our order & waited over 25 min for our food (two flatzz pizzas & breadsticks). My fiancé ordered a Hawaiian pizza, he took his first bite & immediately bit into a an onion!! On a HAWAIIAN pizza!! The waitress that was there was “busy” taking other orders & not once came over and asked how things were. As we’re getting done, she comes over & gives us our bill. I let her know my fiancé had an onion on his Hawaiian pizza. Next thing we know, the other lady making pizzas comes over & says to me “she said you have an issue. I’m the one making pizzas”, and said all I told her was that there was an onion on his HAWAIIAN pizza. She came back with “our food gets mixed up all the time, I gave you that pizza for $5 and I didn’t have to do that.” I also did not tell her to do that either (we looked at deals online & it said additional charges for extra toppings).. okay, so just apologize, right?? However, she wanted to be rude & I let her know we saw her putting pizzas in boxes with her BARE HANDS, no GLOVES! She said “well that happens all the time, I washed my hands”. But does she wash her hands every single time after she’s touched a pizza?? Not to mention, all of the flies that were flying around in the place & our food! I normally don’t do reviews, nor complain, however this experience needed it. If I could give 0 stars to this place, I would! Needless to say, I HIGHLY don’t recommend this place & will never be going back!!

Probably the best and friendliest customer service experience I’ve had in 10 years. It had been year’s since i had been there for the lunch buffet and knowing it was almost over. I wasn’t really expecting much since we all know thats when nothing fresh is coming out. But much to my delight my hostess who I’m sure was the manager as well as my cashier lol not only let me know she was going to bring out a fresh pizza but asked my preference,even stopped and chatted with me making my lunch feel like the good old days. plus 10 stars for a 15 rating. And hostess if your reading this! I was misinformed. Happy Joe’s is still open.
