Ordered delivery and when the delivery driver got here, he didn’t have the drinks I ordered. When I asked he said it wasn’t his problem and walked away. (he was doordash so that part is more on doordash.) I called the pizza hut location to discuss whether or not I can get someone to bring it or have them issue a refund. When they picked up I described what the problem is. The woman on the phone immediately put me on hold.
Im still on hold. Ive been on hold for 20 minutes. This is ridiculous.
Edit: after being oh hold for over 45 minutes we decided to drive to the physical location. When we got there the manager flat out refused to give us a refund for the drinks. They didn’t even have the drinks we ordered. They had to give us different drinks. They literally charged us for a product they did not have.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
You’d be better off driving to a different one in Clinton… hell you’re better off driving to the one in Dewitt.

Ordered for delivery, received a whole different pizza than what was on receipt. One of the pizza’s which were correct, had a doughy texture and did not seem fully cooked. Called and asked for our correct order and was delivered correctly this time, one order did not have the sauce requested like before, and the other pizza which was wrong before, had the right toppings but had that doughy/undercooked texture. We often times have issues with delivery and always give the benefit of the doubt. However, it is too expensive to be getting incorrectly every time we order.

It’s like a morgue, never any customers. Stinks and the only things worse then the smell is the service. People (Cody) touching his hair then your food. No gloves, no hair nets, and your food will always be late. Manager would rather sit there doing nothing and rambling on then to be a manager.

People are incompetent. Placed an order said it was ready showed up and did not even start the order. 3 other people were having the same issue. Terrible experience. Choose a different place to get pizza from. They should close the store if they cannot take an order.

Placed a $25 pickup order. we showed up 15 minutes later because the order status said it was ready. The store hadn’t even started it. Unfortunately, my experience at the 2nd st location was horrible today. I placed an online delivery order but wanted to make an adjustment to add sauce for my wings. I tried calling the store but no answer or way to leave a message. I tried calling back to back for about an hour before driving to the store myself. The call center employee was HORRIBLE! She refused to escalate my call when I asked for further assistance. She just said no and transferred me to a different location. Upon arrival to the store, the staff was seemingly busy so I wanted to ensure they were aware that calls were not being answered. I was told that their district manager shut off their phones without letting them know! After returning home, I opened my order to find that I was given 10 out of the 12 traditional wings, pizza was soggy with so much cheese (I didn’t want or request) and the crust at the top of the pizza was so hard like it was old and warmed back up. Although a $4 future credit was given, it was not worth the headache of going back and forth with the staff and causing further frustration on both ends.
