This location was so clean and peaceful. The staff were super friendly and very attentive! The food was perfectly cooked and presented, tasted amazing! If you previously had a bad experience, I urge you to give them another try!! New management and standards have made such a difference!!!

Horrible service, very pickey. Me and my group of friends came in at 9:30, be walks us to our seats, and I ask if we can get the big both in the back. He the over weight Worker looked at me and said “No we close in 30 mins “ but the website says 11. We asked for ranch and he said it’ll cost 86 cents per thing. Keep in mind before they close and it’s just me and my 3 friends

Parking lot completely dark. Showed up for pickup, app said food was done, still had to wait 10 minutes. Wanted to charge nearly $2 for Parmesan or pepper flakes, the same stuff that are on the tables for FREE. What a rip off

How can one establishment mess up so bad!? Order chicken alfredo pasta, no chicken?? Order pepperoni with jalapeño, no jalapeño?? Order marinara sauce, no marianna?? Ask for a discount and they couldn’t comprehend why?
If 0 stars was an option that’s what they rate but for others to see you’ll pay all this money for them to not even make it right, cost me a one star review.

We ordered Pepperoni pizza, ham and pineapple, a big New Yorker and 2 different boneless wings. They gave us cheese pizzas instead but we weren’t driving clear back to Ottumwa to get the correct food so we just ate it.

The waitress that day was really nice with a very welcoming attitude. The atmosphere was above most the places weve been inside to eat at in Ottumwa. Extrememly clean and the air seemed fresh the place was very roomy and relaxing. We had a good time enjoying our visit there. The bathrooms were actually the cleanest most sanitary of all the public places in that town by far! Highly recommend this Pizza Hut.

Ordered my food online for pickup/carry out as they won’t deliver unless your food total is 12$ and then charge an almost 5$ delivery fee which is not the drivers tip. The problem I go to pick up my order, mind you I show up a little past my pickup time, and it’s not even ready. I then have to wait another 20-30mins at the store for my food total be done, on top of that had to turn around and come back to the store as they forgot to give me my 2 litter ordered/ purchased. Also as I’m sitting and waiting I am seeing horrible service and other customers who are dinning in changing their order to takeout. Along with 5 other people waiting for their takeout orders that are also late.
