I don’t Typically leave reviews unless something is really bad or really good.. in this case it’s really good and unexpected.
I tried the traditional wings for the first time here and they are amazing.
I didn’t even know Pizza Hut had chicken wings.
Pizza is not something I typically eat because of the amount of carbs and gluten etc… but I had a T-Mobile coupon for a free personal pan pizza with an order of $8, when I go place the order I find that on Wednesday they have BOGO wings online… it was a good deal, plus wings is pure protein, so I thought “hope the wings are alright!”
Turns out, there are way better than alright — it shouldn’t be rocket science to make chicken wings, but they just have a nice balance of flavor and sauce. I ordered the honey bbq and the garlic Parmesan. And I gotta tell you, I don’t know if these are 100% better than Buffalo wild wings, or Wingstop but they are right up there.
And I highly recommend you take off your shirt or put a bib on when you eat these! You’ll be so caught up with a flavor. You’re bound to get some sauce on you!

We had a rough night. The door dash guy hung up on my wife after he forgot my order. Pizza Hut took care of the situation by making it right and getting us our order. We appreciate the service and the pizza looks great!

I made an online order for a pizza, the website said it would be about 15-20 minutes. I thought this would be perfect because that was about my drive to the store. I looked at the confirmation email and it said the order was ready just as I got to the store, so I went in and waited for like 5 minutes by the counter (mind you I was the only person in line) for someone to come and help me while the employees are just doing whatever in the back, then the guy told me that my pizza was still in the oven and it would be another 5 min or so. I got my pizza and it is good but bro these guys need to get their stuff together with their customer service.

This is extra sauce everytime. You make nice cheese crackers. Nobodies driving back or calling anymore. This is the buisiness model. Look at this picture. Im from a world where pizzas have physical actual sauce. This has happened so many times at this exact pizza hut. Forget it it’s done.

Extremely disappointed with this location this time around. I ordered the Big New Yorker, this is a favorite in our house. I chose carry out on the app. When I arrived at the store someone was working at the front register but never acknowledged my existence. I waited for about 2 minutes or so until he finally asked someone in the back to help me out. I waited another minute or so, and got my pizza. After getting home I realized everything was how I ordered it, except all of the toppings that were thrown on the pizza were completely cold. The pizza was warmer than the toppings and completely bland tasting, I don’t think any seasonings were added. I arrived exactly at my pickup time. The best way I can describe this pizza is a cheese pizza someone threw random toppings on after it had already cooked. Needless to say, that’s my biggest $25 mistake of the week.

This is probably the worst pizza I have ever had.
We ordered a beef taco pizza. It looked disgusting. This is the second time we have ordered this pizza, one just as bad as the other. No taco sauce included, very few chips or cheese, tomatoes were green and there was no flavor whatsoever. The pizza was also cold when it got here. I tried to get through to the score to complain, could never get through the busy signal.
I am never ordering Pizza Hut again. 30.00 wasted on uneaten pizza with no recoup. I placed a complaint the first time and never heard from anyone that time either. I spread the word how bad Pizza Hut is.

I don’t typically like Pizza Hut but I ordered two pizzas Nov-7-2023 because that’s what my kids and husband like. So I ordered had it delivered. I ordered a Large stuffed crust cheese pizza and just a Large hand tossed pepperoni pizza. The delivery driver was so kind and caring. I got the pizza and wow It smelled so good, it looked so good and so I decided to give it a try.
I was not disappointed at all, the amount of sauce was perfect, the temp of the food was spot on. I was so pleased with the food I’ll be ordering again. Thank you Pizza Hut for great food and service. Edgewood Road In Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
