I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and it was great, but the service was what really stood out. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful while I was there. It is rare to get such excellent service at a pizza place, so I really appreciated it. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Tastes and looks like the chicken isn’t even done. Wish they could have put a little more effort in making everything. For example, toss the wings, and put cheese on the whole pizza. What a disappointing lunch.

I’m not joking when I say that we took one bite and threw the entire pizza in the trash. I could bake a frozen pizza on a plasma screen TV and I’m certain it would taste better than this.

A few days ago I ordered delivery from pizza hut. It was around 10:50 pm when I placed my order. I work in the restaurant industry myself so, I felt a little bad about this. My order wasn’t too big though. I ordered just one large pizza. It said my estimated delivery time would be 11:40 pm.
I received my pizza by 11:20. It was by far the hottest and the freshest pizza I’ve ever received in my whole life by delivery. I was more then impressed. Thanks so much for the timely and great pizza!!

My only complaint is not having red onions . White onions just have no flavor. When the change up?? Really made my pizza with no flavor what so ever. If no red onions I will probably not be back. Sad because I love pizza hut.

Their food is always good and usually they get it right. Last night I ordered a pick up order for my husband to grab. When he got home, I realized the two orders of cheese sticks were missing. I called and was on hold for awhile. It took the guy about 5 minutes to figure it out. Once he did, he didn’t even say sorry or offer to deliver them. He said it would be refunded in 7-10 business days. My son had friends over so they could have used the cheese sticks! They are teenage boys. Anyways, the customer service was a little disappointing last night.

I chose this location because it was on my way home from work and they’ve got some pretty good deals. I ordered a big box online, which was supposed to have two pizzas, wings, and breadsticks.
I put in the order at about 9pm and I scheduled it for pickup at 10:45pm. During this time, I was not contacted at all about any problems processing my request.
I arrived at the store at 10:30pm. The door chime rang, and no one came up front to see if I could be helped. I sat down, thinking that they were probably busy putting together my order. My phone rang at 10:35pm and it was a call from someone in the back of the store telling me that they ran out of something, which I couldn’t understand because he was talking too fast. I asked him to meet me up front and he came out to tell me two things. First, they had ran out of the crust to make the pizzas, so he wanted my permission to make it on thin crust. Second, the deep fryer was not working, so they couldn’t make the chicken.
He then offered me something else, but told me it would be full price with the full wait time. I left with nothing.

we have given this place so many chances to redeem themselves, but this was probably the last one. first, they do not put ANY sauce on the pizza, even when you ask for extra sauce (online or over the phone). second, I wanted to redeem my points for a free pizza and the cashier told me that you can only do it through the app, so had to pay full price for two cardboard-cheese pizzas. not a fan.

Lack of delivery drivers, resulting in your order being cancelled after they took your money, then you have to wait multiple days to get it back. If delivery isn’t available, disable it on the website. I can understand once or twice, but this is like the fourth time this has happened.
