Everything we have ordered since the reopening has been amazing. The 180 degree turnaround has been incredible. A few months ago I was in Council Bluffs and ran into a manager named Andre who had a conversation with me about the Clarinda Store. He told me he had plans for the store and he absolutely delivered. The quality, cleanliness, service and just the culture seems to have changed completely. When we moved here 10 years ago it was a great spot, I’m glad to see it back in action.

The assistant manager JoJo does a terrific job putting an emphasis on customer service and efficiency! Not only did he accommodate a change in my order with a great attitude but he also ensured that the food was ready in a prompt manner.

We ordered our $60 meal at 5 o’clock and finally recieved it (part of it anyway) at 8:20. We were missing food and the food we did get was cold. I called the store to complain and express frustration, and they hung up on me. I had to drive to the store and get a refund.

Tried to order delivery, but they weren’t running delivery. I went to pick up my order. I was standing by the register and the phone started ringing. They never answered it. Apparently if you want to make an order, you have to do it online.
Food was decent. Dough was fairly tough on the pizzas. Pasta was good.

I don’t think they get a lot of dining in business, not that the staff weren’t perfectly polite and great, but they still have paper plates and cups, and forks in plastic bags etc. that are self serve from a small table up front. Food also comes already in the to go boxes, BUT, and this is the important thing, the food was really good! It’s been a long time since I said that about Pizza Hut. They used to always be soggy, but this time both the pizza and breadsticks were crispy and not doughy in the middle. There was also a nice amount of sauce on the pizza so that you could actually taste it. Would definitely recommend, even if you just get it to go.

Rude staff that didn’t really want to work. Charged extra for extra cheese which we did not get. Refusal to provide extra condiments.Customers treated like trash. Couldn’t even be bothered to cut pizza or bread sticks all the way through. Always have problems here. This was the last shot. Will never bother your employees with our business again.
