Ever since they reopened after Covid this place has not been the same half the time deliveries come cold and late and when you call to complain your told oh we were busy or only have 1 driver and they don’t do anything about it I don’t care what the excuse when my order is 45 minutes late and comes cold I want it remade at the minimum but was told to bad they are rude most of the time and the app is a joke you can’t pick what time you want your delivery so you have to call them to tell them and then they tell you they can’t change it the system won’t allow it ♀️ wouldn’t even bother with them if I didn’t love the breadsticks

Tried to order delivery, but they weren’t running delivery. I went to pick up my order. I was standing by the register and the phone started ringing. They never answered it. Apparently if you want to make an order, you have to do it online.

I don’t think they get a lot of dining in business, not that the staff weren’t perfectly polite and great, but they still have paper plates and cups, and forks in plastic bags etc. that are self serve from a small table up front. Food also comes already in the to go boxes, BUT, and this is the important thing, the food was really good! It’s been a long time since I said that about Pizza Hut. They used to always be soggy, but this time both the pizza and breadsticks were crispy and not doughy in the middle. There was also a nice amount of sauce on the pizza so that you could actually taste it. Would definitely recommend, even if you just get it to go.

They say they have inside dining you can buy a bottle of pop or a bottle of water. We ordered our food and they got the order wrong. Wrong pizza ordered pepperoni and beef and got half of pepperoni and half beef. Ordered Hawaiian pizza and they sent wrong one with chicken and bell peppers. No service dirty table and had to ask for plates 3 times
