PH has great pizza. The service at this location is pretty good and have NEVER had to wait longer than the time quoted. If there is a negative, it would be their wings and not just this location, but several others in the area. PH is our go-to for pizza, but not wings.

My most recent order was extremely over cooked, and not all toppings I ordered were on my pizza, yet I payed for them. The sandwiches hardly had any meat on them, and was completely unsatisfactory. I occasionally get good food there, but not this time. I will surely think twice next time.

Had a to go order mix up due to two Bailees ordering at similar times confusing both me & the Hut. Heather & the rest of the team did all they could to make situation right when we were both confused. Food came out great. Highly recommend this pizza hut.

For the first time, I had terrible service at this location. I ordered a pizza special because of allergies and the special requests were not only ignored, but I was given the exact opposite of the special request. When I asked about it, the person at the window rolled her eyes and was extremely rude. The rest of the interactions when trying to resolve the issues was extremely unpleasant and makes me a lot more likely to drive to another location to avoid the employee (Helen) and another chance of this allergy need being ignored.

Didn’t taste good, they didn’t get the order straight the first or not even the second time. We had to go up to the counter a third time. Employees weren’t very friendly either. It was like we ruined them having a good time or something.

The past year I feel that complacency has cause this pizza hut from good to okay. I have had my orders put in wrong multiple times and therefore having to wait quite a while longer to get my order. I will say that every mistake they have made they corrected and compensated me with more food or free food.

Used to be one of my fav pizza places, but I ordered tonight and it has definitely went DOWN HILL. It was like there was no crust, it was just super thin $ usually it’s not like that. I ordered the parmasean crust, and it was just normal crust. Don’t think I will be going back there.
