Multiple different occasions where the pizza isn’t correct even resulting in a 12+$ addition of price when trying to fix just to be told to talk to corporate and then declining every call made. Bound to shut down like the rest of the restaurants and food places in estherville.

Ordered what I thought was going to be a traditional meat lovers pizza to be delivered. We got a meat lovers pizza, but, it was different. Very little sauce, extremely salty meat toppings and no cheese on top. Dissapointed.

Was informed by Estherville Pizza Hut at 11:50 that they didn’t have delivery available.
I had to call to find this out. No one wondered why my food was still sitting there or bothered to pick up a phone.
No apologies. No accountability. No manager onsite. No refunds. Cold food.

Life changing. Had never been to a Pizza Hut dine-in buffet, but they are high in my boyfriend’s heart for childhood nostalgia. We were THRILLED to see one of the few surviving Classic Huts while we were in town for a wedding from across the country. Had been searching for months for one remotely near either of us. I personally credit God’s sense of humor that it was across the street from the hotel he booked.
The original stained glass Pizza Hut fixtures are marvelous.
Showed up at 11:00 and the food was hot, fresh, and plentiful. Several varieties of pizza, some pasta, breadsticks and dessert sticks galore. Friendly staff and restrooms.

Won’t ever order from here again. Guy on the phone seemed angry I had the audacity to call the RESTAURANT HE WORKS AT to order food and hung up on me when I asked a question about the melts. Complete garbage employees

1. I was told that they don’t deliver to my area, when I have seen their delivery car in the area on several occasions.
2. They had sale going on for large single topping pizzas. And when I got there to pick up my order, I asked about the sale. I was tildbecause i didn’t ask for it, I didn’t get it. Asked manager and sales person.
3. My son in law called ack to complain and they said very rudely…fine,have her come back and we will refund the sales price.
4. When we got there, they were very rudely and questioned if we were told that and then rudely said …”OK FINE”.
I will not be going back !!!

When we walked in the manager was yelling at the staff about being shorted. I didn’t think she saw us and after about a minute waived her arm and said just go sit wherever you want. She continued to yell.
The server seemed very shaken, but was very pleasant. She got our drinks and took our order. The manager continued to yell at the girl about someone not showing up for work and stated that she has to do everything herself while throwing pans and stuff around the kitchen. The delivery driver came in and she yelled at him as well that she was too busy because she has to do everything.
It was very difficult to enjoy our meal. The employee’s that were there do not deserve to be treated like that. It’s no wonder people don’t show up to work with a manager like that.
To our waitress/server: you did a great job! You deserve better.
