Ordered early this morning, the order was fime but waited over an hour to then call in which i was rudely informed my order was cancelled , as i sat an waited for 45 minutes watching the email as it was cooking. Noging came by after 12 when it said 11:09 for delivery. Fimally called, in which i was told my order was cancelled, no thanks for the FYI. Calling then they said the order was cancelled due to a lack of driver, not informed. S i was given the chose to give my credit card over phone(which i do not do for safety) or go back and once again reorder the same order that pizza hut had cancelled. I put trust in tgis, very frustrated and reorde reordered. The same itmens i originall ordered which the staffi ln speaking to them knew i wanted the exact things ordered previousl . Deluvery came w a double order of cinnamon sticks, only order half and no personal pan pizza or chicken wings from the deal.
I called the office to where i was met w a rude, unhelpful lacking commuinty service, bluntly said it was only a double order which was untrue even in that prdee, and nothing else despite the original order, my phone call with explicit details. So i was cjarged 26+ for cinnamon sticks??not even the correct order of them.
Employee stated if i wanted to reorder the thongs tgey missed, pay agin for them and another delivery for their mulltiple mistaks i could. Snd wait of vourse. This seems redundant, more cost for delivery for their mees up and a largeorder od cinnamon sticks, not orderd. So the amunt for this is more than the deali originally order.the satff member in the ohone was unwilling to help and hung up othe call.
I wiill not use this pizza Hut again unless this is rectified. Perhaps w an employee that cares about and understands her flaws and is willing to fix them.
If not I will have no choice to relay to friends and coworkers, stressing not to use this pizza hut. Very disappointed. Thank yo

Several times we have ordered for delivery and either had the wrong order delivered to us or the pizza had been ruined during the delivery process due to negligence. All of the topping will be slid onto one side and no topping on the other side. Apparently now we are “black listed” due to too many complaints, remind you those complaints are due to their negligence. A staff member even told us we should try going to Casey’s for pizza from now on. They do not know what customer service truly means. They don’t even try to make it right after they messed up the order. If they tell you it will be a 30 minute wait it will actually be an hour. And that’s if the order is correct. The evening staff just has no clue what customer service is or means. Do not go there or even call for delivery. They don’t even know how to run their phones to handle a phone call. That is word for word what I was told by a staff member tonight.

This location is hit or miss. Typically, I order online. When I have had to call, the service has not been great. As for the delivery drivers, the majority are excellent and will go above and beyond on deliveries. They run out of ingredients and food fairly often. Pizza varies (sometimes burnt and sometimes undercooked). They have good deals. We do get our dinners from here quite often. Can not eat for less than $40.00 after food, fees, delivery charge, and tip.

Tried to call a month ago to orderpiza for pick up and no one answered the phone. Called three times. They were supposed to be open. Gave up went somewhere else. Tonight 8/25/24 ordered a large sausage with cheese crust and large taco. Large sausage is okay not great but the taco does not even resemble a Taco pizza. Just a thin crust sausage with lettuce and tomatoes. No taco meat, no Taco sauce, and no chips. Will never go back to this place. EVER!!

Food was undercooked again and didn’t receive enough toppings. Only had chicken on 2 slices. Very tiny pieces at that. Not enough Ham either. It was on about 4 slices. Pepperoni was light too. One slice didn’t have anything but cheese.. Not happy with this experience just like the last 2 times we ordered. Didn’t travel this problem getting pizzas here a few months ago

I ordered pizza and breadsticks from the Webster City Pizza Hut and they were fantastic. Super hot and just as I ordered. I also ordered a double order of breadsticks and asked the gal if I could get a couple extra marinara sauces and she got some and brought them out to me. Very nice employees. They also have curbside pickup if you like that feature. It is a great service. Give them a try.
