We were not greeted or given a menu. When someone finally did come to our table we were walked away from before finishing and not asked about drinks. Took over an hour and a half for us to get all of our food. Only bringing part of it at a time. Our wings were not fully cooked, messed up on one pizza and came out to ask a few times what the rest of our order was as they were trying to make it. Didn’t see anyone wash their hands and they didn’t use gloves. (Didn’t realize that until someone else called them out on that.) It did look like it was only 2 people working however they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Very disappointed.

This Pizza Hut makes me happy every time I stop. Not able to make it often, but when I do come out fat and happy.
I had a good old pan pizza on this visit and it was cooked perfectly. Short staffed, yet completely offer solid customer service despite that.
Total for a medium pan pizza with 4 toppings and extra cheese, and a pop was $18.50. A normal human would have gotten 4 meals out of that but I am no normal human! 2 giant meals for me.
Thanks for keeping my childhood memories of yummy pizza alive.

They didn’t have enough personal pan pizzas. They also didn’t put the pepperoni on a sausage and pepperoni request.They didn’t put in the cheese bread till after we said something. The food tasted good but that’s it. Very sad because its one of the few eat in Pizza huts left.

It says delivery open but when I tried to order it says it’s too close to closing time. Well if it is, CHANGE YOUR ON-LINE MENU TO CLOSED. MUST not care if you make money or not, RIGHT? I’m from out of state and this kind of service is not anything ive ever experienced ever at any restaurant. If it’s close to being closed say so, DON’T SAY DELIVERY OPEN. By what I heard it was best that my order kept getting denied. People around town say the service sucks and they said theres BETTER places to order from.

There was 2 couples waiting for food when we walked in. We sat down. Waitress was cleaning of 2 tables. She continued to clean off 2 tables. Took another 10 minutes. Then she went to the kitchen. After waiting 25 minutes to order we got up and got our menu ourselves. Went to get drinks, no silverware. One of the couples that were there left, instead of coming to get our order she went to clean of the table where other couple were sitting. I got up and walked over and said we are ready to order food. She went up to get order pad and came to take order. I said I wasn’t happy about the service and her response was we’ve had a change in management. My response to her was, people should not have to wait 25 minutes to order food when there is only 2 other customers in their establishment. Pay attention to the people who are coming in and get the order taken instead of cleaning off 2 tables. A couple who came in after us got up and left because of having to wait. More training of personnel is obviously needed!
