It was my son’s 16th birthday today and I bought pizzas to bring to the school for his lunch. Skylar was very helpful and very welcoming. Thank you for the wonderful service today! She even made sure there was plenty of paper plates and napkins etc to help the kids enjoy.

We took a trip to Iron Mountain for the day. The Pizza Hut has honestly the highlight.
The retro atmosphere was the big draw. It was very nostalgic and fun to revisit. The food was amazingly good, too, which I didn’t necessarily expect. The service was amazibg – our server was friendly, funny, and not obtrusive.
Would go again.

Lexie was amazing. Service was not the problem. The menu didn’t have the things available listed. No cucumber and no bacon on the chicken garden salad. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Not only am I absolutely disgusted but I am absolutely flabbergasted that’s to how a chain that I worked for could get to this poor excuse of customer service. I called eight times tonight to check on a simple three topping pizza order. I could not get through to the actual store was sent to a call center which hung up on me every time I called and gave me no absolutely zero relief support or help in this matter. I suspect this is highly the legitimate reason why I slowly see Pizza Hut of Iron Mountain getting run out of town!

After being instructed to email the company and they would get the matter settled once again still no response no acknowledgement nothing! This is how Pizza Hut of Iron Mountain Michigan works huh? Maybe CORPORATE PIZZA HUT INC. would like to deal with me and my well versed knowledge of operating procedures and customer service standards as I work as a manger of a Pizza Hut just shy of 20 years ago. Yes some things may have changed…. But common sense and decency have not!

Amazing quality wings were drenched in hot sauce (we love that) people were very nice to us and understood our allergies (Dairy, strawberries). Bathrooms were very clean, and people kept asking if we needed anything. For all the workers we thank you!

We dont always feel comfortable dining in with 5 kids but they made us feel welcome. The kids enjoyed the crayons they provided and the TVs in the corners.

Clean and friendly. Nice salad little salad bar. BBQ bacon cheeseburger pizza was amazing!! Nice drink selection. They serve beer!!

The food was as expected — my order was prepared properly. I did wait a short while for service despite ordering an hour earlier on a quiet evening, but the staff was polite when they were available. They did offer me ranch and blue cheese dip for my chicken, but they did not offer me plates which was sort of weird given I ordered two large pizzas. The interior of the building is nice, but I feel like the employees and customers would really be aided by some sort of door-buzzer or the like so that customers are noticed sooner, especially since the doors aren’t in direct eyesight of most of the counter where the workers are.
