Absolutely horrible Pizza Hut the people are rude they will hang up on you if you have a problem they never have a delivery driver I just called to get a late dinner for my husband and I and no delivery driver only on Friday sometimes she told me and I’m a little confused because I have lived here since June and this has been a ongoing problem with them why can’t you hire a couple of drivers I also work at a hotel in town and so many customers have complained about no delivery or it lets them and us order delivery online then they decide to not call you not tell you anything either. They cancel your order or they make your order carry out and still keep your tip. which is again absolutely absurd if I’m coming to get my pizza, you’re not getting my tip but they still keep it in. They keep it every time they change it from delivery to carry out they give that delivery fee back, but they don’t flip that tip back. several times I’ve been hung up on by a lady that has no voice after getting attitude from her because I want my tip back or because I want my pizza delivered because if you don’t have delivery, then you need to take delivery off your menu and take delivery off line do better and I don’t want no comment from the owner talking about. They’re so sorry cause it starts with you.

Made an order for delivery. Paid over 50$ for food left a tip for the driver. Waited and waited. Called to see what was going. Turns out they don’t have a driver. So they never started our order. Called to talk to someone about a refund or what to do because I wasn’t gonna wait 30 days to get my money all due to them not having a driver. The lady proceeded to tell
Me it’s not her fault and it’s the banks fault. Hangs up on me when I’m trying to figure out what’s going on with the order and the money. At that point I’m frustrated. So now have to drive up there to talk to the GM. The most and absolute worst terrible customer service in the world. The workers are miserable and rude and don’t care about anyone!!! Last time I will ever order or deal with them!!

Nice staff. Pretty clean store. Pan Pizza and cheese bread NOT good. Most of it ended up in the woods for the wildlife to enjoy. Mar 2026 – let’s try it again: First off, I call and talk to some girl in India. It only goes downhill from there. Worst. Pizza. Ever. Frozen pre made dough was about 3MM thick, black olives stunk up the house like they were spoiled, seriously, the pizza they served us in elementary school was much better.

Ordered for carry out. I’ve never had more bland and shitty pizza in My life. Did Giorno, tombstone, Jack’s frozen pizzas are 10 times more flavorful and hot. I would not recommend this place to my enemy if I wanted them to choke. Zero stars for me. However, the atmosphere was nice employees were distant and did not want to serve, and when we got the pizza home, we threw it away. Thank you for wasting 50 of my hard earned dollars.

This Pizza Hut continues to disappoint. Please, Dominoes or Jets, come to Grayling and put this place out of business. The pizza is terrible and boring. If I wanted boring pizza, I’d go to BC. I’m not sure what’s changed over the last few years, but every time I visit, it seems to get worse. The sauce is too sweet, the crust is soggy, the toppings are sparse, and somehow it’s never hot or done on time. Why is anyone waiting or paying the ridiculous price for a lukewarm pizza? I highly recommend walking next door to Save-a-Lot, getting an oven pizza of your choice, and making it at home. It will taste better and will be a fraction of the cost.

It was so good, there was none to take home! This is our 1st time dining inside a pizza hut in probably 30 years. It just taste better than all the other carryout pizza places we get. If you haven’t been inside a pizza hut in a while, give it a whirl, you might be as surprised as I was! Delicious! Best wings, too.

I put an order online, even though their website was being touchy, put in order in for 530( it changed to 630 twice) so went it went through, it still said 630. No big deal, my husband calls let’s it ring 5 whole real minutes, no answer. Ok now we go in, I just tell them I screwed up could they make now. Im told ok. I wait outside 25 mins, come back in same guy tells me they haven’t even started it, will be another 15 mins begore they do, so now im not getting it until after 630? Frustrated new, wont come back here to this one, customer. Pizza hut i love. This location very low moral.
