Pizza hut anywhere else is great! We got the dinner box. The pizzas were Uber thin and small (ordered large) and the chicken wings supposed to be 8 only got 6 and were cold. Everything was cold. And really run down. I didnt realize not all pizza huts acted the same.

It wasn’t too long ago that Pizza Hut had fabulous traditional wings. My visit today proved otherwise. Time to prepare, temperature and taste were all spot on. Service and cleanliness were also great. But the mere lack of size on meat on 6 wings were truly disappointing. I pointed this out to my very pleasant server and was told that this is what they now receive from their supplier. Needless to say, I won’t be visiting any longer and will seek out an establishment that knows (or can) find decent sized wings. Sorry, but the pics only show 3 and there were 6 that I ordered before I took the pic.

Had a family member order a personal pizza and said “with a little bit of green peppers on it”
When that pizza arrived it had maybe a 1 cm single piece of a green pepper on it too which the waitress stated “ here’s your pizza with a little bit of green pepper on it” and laughed. Common sense in the pizza world would be make it a light green pepper topping. At that point we weren’t going to complain because we were still waiting on the rest of the order and didn’t want to have them do somthing to it. Also find it unprofessional for a waitress to not have a bra when they have to deal with customers/kids. Will not be back to this location

Im not from around here but my family and I have always enjoyed pizza hut and I figured it would be something we could all enjoy. I ordered a 1 topping pizza and 2 orders of bread sticks. The pizza is barely edible and looks like it’s been sitting out over night. I don’t know if they were upset because we called them for a delivery literally 3 minutes down the road at 10:19 and they closed at 11 or what.

I had called ahead about using the 7.99 deal in store. I was told yes I could but upon arriving I ordered my two items medium pizza and Stix with salad bar… total should have been around 30$… ended up paying 40 because he up graded my pizza to a large and gave me another deal for whatever reason I didn’t understand but I was to tired to argue. Salad bar had alot of soggy items and pizza was a Lil under cooked…

I’ve been staying in Traverse City for last month for work and stopped here 3x. First two were decent experiences but last night was greeted by a grumpy woman at the counter and her attitude was such a turn off that I instantly hit no tip when paying. I understand a bad day but leave it in the back of house…don’t bring it to the counter and take it out on a tired hungry customer.

On the Doordash app There is no “Taco Pizza” ? ♀️
So I called Pizza Hut & Elizabeth was very kind & helpful with my order.
It arrived hot, smelled great but looked very different from the one I ordered 1year ago.
