Went to dine in. The place was nice and clean. We first went to the front counter and was told we sit down and then come up to order.
Mind you there was absolutely zero customers inside besides us and I didn’t see any other employees working on something. So why does this pizza hut have us sit down and then walk up to the counter to order? Not only that, we had to pay before we even received or finish our food! After we finished eating. We needed a box. So I walked up to the counter waited for about 2 minutes. No one shows up. I look back there and noticed containers left out. A mess back there and no employees. So I walk to the door open and close it, because it makes a ring sound Everytime. I figured “hey if an employee hears the door. Maybe they’ll show up”.
NOPE. Waited a while then finally someone came to give me a box upon request.
The food was on point!

I want to give a huge shoutout to BELLA at the Manistee, Michigan Pizza Hut. She took my order over the phone and immediately made the experience feel personal and easy. She gave me the option to order online or directly with her, no pressure at all did i feel, so I chose human-to-human, and I’m so glad I did.
Bella helped me choose the best pizza, patiently answered all of my questions, and stayed calm and kind even while I had to enter my credit card zip code multiple times. Not once did she rush me or make me feel like an inconvenience, even though I could tell she was busy.
I was calling all the way from Los Angeles to have pizza delivered to my grandmother for New Year’s, and Bella truly made it special. She didn’t just treat me like a customer…she made me feel like a guest of Pizza Hut. The delivery was successful, the pizza was perfect, and it genuinely made my grandmother’s year.
Thank you, Bella, for your patience, kindness, and excellent service. Employees like you are the reason people keep coming back.!!!

Super disappointed, I’ve ordered pizza from here for years. They have always used there own delivery drivers. My order was done through door dash with no prior knowledge to me. Waited longer than expected, food was warm but soggy from sitting in a box.

I am leaving an extra star soley because the staff attempted to fix the first problem. I ordered a pizza for my daughter and I to share tonight. It was supposed to be half cheese and half with the other toppings. It was delivered promptly, no issues there. However, the first picture is what we got. A soupy mess. I called and the gentleman I spoke to said there was “one of two things” they could do for me. Either refund my money or have another one delivered. I decided on having another one made, as this was supposed to be a pizza and movie night with my daughter. He told me it would be another 30-35 minutes before they could get it out to me. I was very understanding. It didn’t arrive for another 50 minutes and when I opened the box… this is what I got. I am very disappointed with the quality of food tonight.

It’s not very often that you go into a chain pizza place like Pizza Hut and end up having anything other than a meh experience, but we definitely had an above and beyond experience today at this restaurant. We came in with our 5 kids and I was expecting to spend an arm and a leg since the online deals weren’t valid if we ate in. Bella offered us the 2 large pizza, sticks and pop deal for $34.99. We are a no pop family so opted for water and she offered us extra breadsticks in exchange for the 2 liter which meant all of us got a breadstick instead of having to split. She was very accommodating and nice, and the restaurant was clean and spacious for our big family. Food was great, of course. Even though the rain derailed our beach plans, we had a great lunch thanks to Bella and the Manistee Pizza Hut team.

We order pizza hut to be delivered couple times a week…. tonight we tried to order, we were told they don’t deliver to our house… we live on lake shore, about 1/8 mile from burger king… not sure why we can’t get delivery tonight, but I know we can… we literally have a tower of pizza hut boxes in our garage to recycle….. not happy. I called back and asked for a manager, she picked up and hung up…. place has gone down hill I guess….

Better than most Pizza Huts that we have been to. The pizza was superb and had a couple boxes of bite size Cinnabon’s for dessert. Was a nice dinner. We’ll be back.
