TLDR: This location is pretty great.

I’ve never had a bad experience here and Ben is literally the best, most customer service conscious person! I ordered pizza from my car from the parking lot and was going to wait there, but decided I’ll just wait inside in case the pizza is done sooner than the estimated time. Ben greeted me and apologized that my pizza wasn’t ready yet, but I assured him that I had JUST placed the order and that there was no hurry, I was just to wait inside. He goes into the kitchen and comes back about 5 min later again apologizing that it’s taking so long, and I reiterated that it wasn’t taking long at all, that I just had just ordered from the parking lot due to poor planning on my part . He again apologizes because they are unable to make the personal pan pizza I ordered (maybe out of the allotted dough for that size?) so they upgraded me to a small pizza for no extra charge! I said “yes… that’s so… terrible…?” but I guess someone left a bad review when the same thing happened to them. I was floored!
Anyway, come to this Pizza Hut location if you want your food to come out early, (they finished 5 min before my expected pick up time) to have GREAT customer service, to get food that’s even BETTER than what you ordered, and to say “hi” to Ben

On another visit I did order the chocolate donuts which were really dry so I didn’t end up eating more than one, but I’m not sure if that’s how the donuts always are and I just don’t like them, or if they were over baked. I’ll stick to pizza!

ordered carryout by mistake called restaurant to try and fix issue did not pick up a single time within the 30 minutes that we ordered. We still paid for tip without delivery and due to my situation me and my family are not able to pick up the pizza so I had to pay money to grab the pizza not to mention the sad state that the wings were in when they were given to me. I loved ordering from here when I was younger but it seems that it has fallen on sad days will not be ordering again and extremely angry that I paid for that sad meal

The cashier basically threw the pizza at us without the wings being done. Then threw it back in the hot box. Another customer came in and said don’t take it personally she’s always like that. You do realize that without customers you don’t have a job right. Needless to say we won’t be back even though we regularly spend over 60 bucks a week at this one

Ordered a gluten free with no cheese for my gluten and dairy sensitive and it was burnt and basically everything fell apart bc it was done too much. This is the worst gluten free pizza we ever ate. The meat even broke in pieces when we would pick it up. Definitely not worth the money we paid. Very disappointed.

Came here with a friend and my kids on the 27th. We were really looking for good food and good customer service. We walk in and didn’t get far before the gal behind the counter (young with long dark hair and wearing street clothes)looked at us and asked if it was dine in or take out. We said dine in. She had a bit of an attitude about it, pointed to a table by the door and said I have a table there for you. Table was dirty, she came to get our drinks even before giving us menus (thankfully we already knew what we wanted). She still had attitude while taking our order. Took 10 minutes to get just our drinks, 2 in regular cups and the other 2 in Togo cups (like what?). Ok fine. Breadsticks came out before our pizza and then our pizza came out. We never got plates and had to use napkins instead to set our food on. Not once did she come back to check on us and we were the only other table in the whole building. Needless to say, food was ok but the service SUCKED. We won’t be returning.

5:30 pm on a Sunday and there was one person waiting on tables, bussing tables, taking orders, and acting as a cashier. Ordered breadsticks early (with pop order) yet they arrived barely warm at the same time as our pizza. Waitress never came back to the table; we had to get our own box and go to the register to pay. Drinks were in paper (to-go) cups and we were never offered a refill; plates were paper and utensils were bagged and plastic. If I could have given 0 stars I would have done so. Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever visited. No wonder why nobody else was dining in…

I called my order in $10 dinner box, it will be ready in fifteen minutes. After about 7 minutes when I was on my way they called me and said “we don’t have any more square pizzas do you want to continue with a round pizza?” Sure cause the shape doesn’t matter. I get there and wait about 30 minutes and my round pizza is finally done and now they tell me “we are out of breadsticks and cinnamon sticks.” So they literally did not have a single thing from my original order. So the guy says “ sorry about that I can take 5 dollars off for you” at that point I could care less I’m starving my family is starving and waiting for me to bring it home I say sure just to get out of there. Cause getting 1/3 of your food and only getting half off makes sense to one guy I guess. I finally get home to eat a late dinner at this point and who would’ve guess it…. 2 slices of the pizza didn’t even have a shred of cheese!!!! It amazes me that a pizza place can’t even make a pizza properly!

I placed a DoorDash order from this Pizza Hut that was completely wrong. DoorDash refunded them for the issue, but the store refused to give me a refund, saying I’d receive a coupon from corporate instead. It’s been over two months, and after multiple calls and follow-ups, I still haven’t received anything. Poor customer service and zero accountability. Very disappointed.

I was shorted the cheesesticks I was getting for free using my points. As soon as I noticed, I called and spoke with a so-called manager who was full of attitude at first, but finally calmed down. The attitude got me upset as well. This was the second run-in I had with him. The first time was over the way that their app overrode my choice to get 15 breadsticks and I ended up with 10 because they thought it was a family order…it was not. This time, I definitely placed a Family order which included 10 sticks but should’ve also gotten the five free ones because I redeemed my points. It showed right on my receipt.

The manager realized the cook goofed up and offered me a replacement of the entire meal plus some brownies if I wanted them. He had my phone number and said he would call me at 9 AM the following Monday. He said if I did not want to eat Pizza Hut that day, he would just mail me a gift certificate with the value of approximately $31.

Monday morning came and went with no phone call. I called the restaurant at 9:15 AM and no one answered. There was no voicemail kicking in so I couldn’t leave a message. I called again in the afternoon and spoke with a different person, the general manager, who sounded irritated. She said her name was Jamie and that she would look into the matter and get back with me. She never did. Now I’m beginning to think that the other “manager” wasn’t a manager at all and I was being played for a fool. Jamie probably thinks I’m a scammer or something. Whatever the case, I know what I ordered and what happened.

By this time, all I wanted was my points to be restored for the free cheesesticks I did not receive. I ended up going through Corporate to get that to happen. They bombarded me with questions but I got those points back.

Pizza Hut has truly gone downhill. We have been ordering once a week for seven years from our local Hut but won’t any longer thanks to their issues. Now the Walker restaurant has been an issue the two times I’ve ordered from them. Customer Service isn’t what it used to be; the employees seem to feel very free to cop an attitude. Not a smart thing to do when your customers are your source of income!

I will never visit this Pizza Hut again.

Ordered a meat lovers pizza with pineapples but didn’t get them. Called back and the manager, Ayj immediately apologized and made it right in addition to a 2 litre! His standards of satisfaction should be a tool for all others to learn by!
