I’m not big on negative reviews but I wanted to put this out there. I was feeling nostalgic for Book-It days so I went there and ordered a personal pan pepperoni. I paid for the extra cheese because, obviously, that is the best part. I recieved this, cheese not even covering. So I ran back and asked if I could get a little more and showed my receipt. Guy informed me that personal pan pizzas only get a sprinkle of cheese, not enough to cover. I show the receipt again and he said I only got as much cheese as I did because I paid for extra, which is an extra pinch on personal pan. He then told me I could have gotten extra extra cheese. Total buzz kill.
The pizza was covered in so much sauce I couldn’t taste anything else. Usually I love pizza hut pizza but i’m not sure i’ll return to this location after this.

Ordering the pizza and the staff was outstanding! Even when it came to picking the pizza up the customer service was top notch. The down side was the pizza was and looked like it was “old” in a sense. The taste wasn’t very good also. Almost no sauce on it and I’m not sure if the mushrooms and maybe the dough was old? Also, I know this is out of their control but you only get 1 sauce cup when you order garlic bread and that’s 4 huge pieces of garlic bread?!? That’s insane . We had to pay another 4$ for 4 more sauce cups so we would have enough for that much bread.

The pizza isn’t the best ever but it’s good enough. I wasn’t sure if the lobby was open but they told us we could eat in so we did, it wasn’t super clean and is outdated. The most annoying part was the television playing the pizza hut channel at pretty much maximum volume.

Very scrimpy with the toppings. There’s supposed to be ham on the pizza, but they had tiny skinny strips only 2 or 3 on each piece. Ordered green olives & mushrooms on half & they were scrimpy, too. The crust looks like a big bubble & makes it so they don’t have to put many toppings on the pizza at all. The pizza was very thin. Will not be going to the Plainfield location again!

I ordered online for pickup at the Plainfield location. I got held up at work, and couldn’t make it on-time. I called and asked if it was possible to get it delivered. I spoke to Michelle and she was absolutely the sweetest. She went above and beyond to help change the order and had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you so much, Michelle. I asked the manager….. then he decides to point his finger all over my pizza, talking about “it’s little pieces on there” yea little to none sir…….
All in all do better by ur costumes!

We ordered pizza around 10pm on July 3rd and the delivery guy said he was at our front door, they were not. I told them they were not and walked outside to greet them. I saw the delivery driver and called, they said they delivered the pizza to our front slider. No one on our street has a front driver. The driver hung up on me and decided to take off instead of telling us which house they delivered pizza to, and I have not seen a refund yet. I’ve called the store, I’ve tried using Pizza Huts customer support, and I have gotten no where. Judging by the other bad reviews, this location just sucks apparently. Don’t order from this place.

Looking for a pizza hut on our way home from our trip. Stopped at this location. It does have a drive thru and carry out but we wanted to sit down to eat. We had to place our order at counter. We were the only ones dining in at that time. Ordered a stuff crust , breaksticks , and cinnabon rolls. They brought everything to us in a timely matter . Everything was hot and tasted great. I wish I had gotten the gentleman’s name at the counter . He was very pleasant . He was also the one who brought us our food. Would definitely stop at this location again.
