Got carry out and it was great.
– Personal Pan Pizza (cheese): Standard (DELICIOUS!). Cheesy, thick, warm, and everything Pizza Hut claims. They served it in a box (another store served it in an aluminum tin).
– Service: We did end up waiting in the waiting area a while. There was only one other customer in the store. We were helped within 5 minutes though. The order was correct and quickly handed off.
– Atmosphere: DINE-IN! I saw Google Maps said it was NOT dine in, but it is. It was VERY clean, well decorated, comfortable looking, and all around great. We did carry-out, but I would so come back for the dine-in experience. It seemed to be a freshly remodeled location.
– Conclusion: I’d recommend this location.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff and management at Pizza Hut Eastown in Grand Rapids. Moley, the general manager, and Jennie, the wonderful assistant, along with the entire team, exemplify what exceptional customer service and professionalism truly mean. Their dedication to creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere is evident the moment you walk through the door.

Ordered through the app. They called to verify I “only wanted a cheese pizza” but I missed it. Called back to let them know I had ordered pepperoni but it wasn’t a big deal. They apologized because it was already out the door. Got my pizza and breadsticks delivered in 25 minutes. And the driver offered a coupon because “their app had been having problems”.
That’s an impressive way to be aware of an uncontrollable issue, attempt to prevent it and still offer compensation anyways.
Guess I’m a Pizza Hut guy again. (These breadsticks always hit, too.)

Ordered the wings, bbq pizza, cinnamon sticks, and fettuccine Alfredo. Everything was just ok, wouldn’t order again. The wings were pretty lame and the pizza was dry. Pasta was good for what it is.

My salad did not come with our food. I paid for extra pepperoni and there was 1 on each pizza, small personal. Instead of apologizing. Bones said he made the pizza and he knew he put 8 or nine pieces on. I explained there was not 8 or 9 pieces. I have a picture of the pizza. He was not going to refund the extra pepperoni. He said he would refund the salad. I explained to Bones we have not had the a correct order order come hot be delivered. I have spoken with their GM, I was given an apology and a free pizza for pick up only. That was nice. I also told him that we would no longer be supporting Pizza hut, his comment was, ” your not hurting anyone” the conversation ended, but he hung too fast to ask him what that meant. I called back and asked for Bones, the male said, how can I help you? I asked 4 different times trying to verify if I was speaking with Bones, he said yes. I asked what he meant when he made that statement? He said he was tired of customers always calling to ask for their money back. I answered, I am tired of bad customer service reps. A professional rep would have never said that or have been mad that a customer was not happy a out the incorrect order. Yes, I ended yelling at him on the 2nd call, but that was after all the sarcasm.

the “manager” at this location as of June 16th 2025 is horrible. terrible attitude. Made my pizza wrong, and I politely called and asked if they could remedy it so my daughter could get what she wanted, as she has had a rough couple months with being sick. The manager got an attitude but said she would remake it. My partner drove all the way back to the store to pick up the new pizza and was told she couldn’t take it because she forgot to bring the old pizza back. So she then, drove all the way home AGAIN, brought back the old pizza, and received more attitude when she finally picked up the correct pizza. Have been a loyal customer for years and will never return.
