Pizza cooked perfectly, tasted good, rough pricing in the bathroom. Obviously Low Quality products, my body did Not like the End Results. Will never go to Pizza Hut again

The ingredients taste worse than they do at other Pizza Huts and they often forget toppings or don’t follow instructions. I also think they have become over priced and have removed too many things from their menu, but that’s just Pizza Hut’s fault as a whole, not this location.

Pizza was hot, fresh, etc. The bread sticks remain one of my favor pizza bread sticks. MUST be dipped in the marinara for full effects.
Customer service and by proximity the atmosphere is pretty sub par.
No greeting upon entering. “Loud talking” over the counter and back into the “kitchen” area because none of the staff felt it necessary to come to the counter to ask “what do you need?” as if my presence was a nuisance. When I told them “I have a pickup order” their record breaking, over the top, enthusiastic response was one of someone competing for least verbal interaction possible with: “name? “.
Gave my name, got handed my order then they turned to get back to vanish into the kitchen. Leaving the 3 people standing behind me to look around at each other in confusion and wondering “are we invisible?”
The next person in line said “can I get some help” to which one of the 3 employees looked up, looked at the person, looked around, then said “someone should be back for you, not sure where they went”.
But at least the food was hot

I walked in. There was 2 females preparing the food. One young man taking pizzas out of the oven. I wasn’t acknowledged until an employee was going to sit down for break. Asked me if I had been helped. To which I wasn’t. He tried to help but couldn’t. Then I was helped by the young man. Which I was picking up 2 orders that we both done sitting in the warmer. Thus occurred 530pm 12/29. Maybe the employees need a course in getting people, ya know customers.

You really need to help this location. It wasn’t very busy but the staff was clearly overwhelmed. I waited about 30 mins past the “order ready” indication in the app. There were 2 people standing around doing pretty much nothing. Your staff didn’t even have time to say anything to people waiting at the counter. Really really poor location. By the time they actually got to me (I had to wait in line 3 times), the food was cold.

In the midst to compete with the likes of Little Cheesers and Domino’s on top of recent years of inflation, it seems like a race to the bottom for all three including Pizza Hut when it comes to quality and quantity vs. price point.

We ordered a Taco Pizza with chicken. We did not realize it wouldn’t have taco chips on it but thought it would be ok. Well, it didn’t have much chicken on it and had no taco flavor to it. Staff was polite but not best pizza.

It’s understandable to make a mistake, but it’s a bit puzzling that the same issue happened again the day after when another order was placed. It seems like there might be a lack of awareness. So with that i will stick with Mr. Scribs.. This store seem to have trouble grasping and understanding basic concepts like customers paying for extras and/ or providing the correct quantities paid for and when it comes to reading their own ticket dialogue. I really miss the Grand Rapids Plainfield location, because it gets to a point when it comes to following up with a store and being understanding. Take care

If I could give negative numbers I would. I said I would be back in a half an hour for my pizza. When I came back it hadn’t even been made. It was another45 minutes. There was a phone ringing when I left, it was still ringing when I came back and still ringing when I left without anyone ever answering it.
The pizza was not tasty at all. It was one of the worst pizzas I’d ever had. I will not go back to Pizza Hut in Grand Haven again.

Went here to sit down and have a meal with my parents. Got there drink machine is down only 20oz and those were at a premium, one table had pizza boxes stacked 10 feet. Staff was on the rude side when we really didn’t know how to work there setup. Then you go to the counter to order and it’s a 8×11 piece of paper looks like it’s been copied 100 times. Haven’t been here since the Ferrysburg location closed and due to not delivering across the bridge can say I won’t be back. All around disappointment. Used to be a family sit down pizza joint now there more Little Caesars just higher prices. Save your time and money go to elsewhere
