Pizza Hut has changed. They have become sloppy. I ordered a pizza melt and all the ingredients were on one side. The food was cold and the pasta was bland. I might as well just cook.

We ordered food from the Niles, Michigan Pizza Hut on May 1st 2023 at approximately 8:46 PM and had it delivered to The Hampton Inn Hotel in Niles, MI. Both of our pizzas were smashed and the delivery driver was rude! He also lied on us telling the assistant at the front desk of the hotel that the room smelled like smoke not knowing we know the assistant at the front desk personally! She knows for a fact we smoked outside! Also when my girlfriend answered the door to take the order and she said he made her feel uncomfortable by gawking at her breast. This guy needs to be fired! I believe he drives a silver CUV, he was European American, tall and heavyset. This is unacceptable!

Last time I ordered from the Niles Pizza Hut the pizza was the consistency of oatmeal and you couldn’t even pick it up by hand it was so mushy and then it had a chemical taste to it! I threw up after trying to eat it and it went straight to the trash! I was done with Pizza Hut for good but a friend said try the one in Buchanan and I ordered for carry out and everything was perfect! Don’t order in Niles, order from Buchanan and your pizza will be so much better!

We ordered pizza for delivery but it was very dry, very little sauce, bland tasting. A little over cooked as well. These were full price pizza’s not cheap discounted pizza. I just feel like it is super expensive for the quality you get. I didn’t report it to the manager because it was edible, just not yummy. Most likely will not order from them for a while. But may give them another shot in the future.
