I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Hut in St. Joseph, Michigan, and it was a remarkable experience. It had been years since my last visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements in both the food and service!
The food was quite enjoyable! While the pizza was consistently good, I must say the wings were exceptional! Initially, I had some reservations about the price, but those wings turned out to be worth every penny. They were a hit with both adults and children alike.
The service also stood out. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant dining atmosphere. I truly appreciated their kindness throughout my visit.
Atmosphere: As for the ambiance, it was just what I needed. The restaurant maintained a quiet and clean environment, complemented by nice decor. A clean restaurant is always a plus in my book!
Overall, my time at Pizza Hut was fantastic! Finding a dine-in Pizza Hut is becoming a rarity, but this visit reminded me just how enjoyable dining out can be. The food certainly tasted better than a meal at home!

The food is good as always. I got a medium handtoss meatlovers with jalapeños and the toppings were portioned equally. I like how there is a drive through for ease of pickup. You can also go inside also for pickup.

Ordered a carryout online go to pick it up and they don’t have the order. We are told that their system has been dropping orders all day and sending them to other stores even in to Arizona. No big deal technology happens. I asked how can I cancel it and we will just reorder since we are here and was told thats your problem not ours you should have called. Are you serious? From there she had a complete attitude and we ended up leaving ang going to McDonald’s next door, got home called the number on my confirmation and cancelled my order. You guys just reopened and already lost a customer. Your staff needs customer service training big time!!

Chose to come to this location because they just reopened and thought it would be a pleasant experience. Nope the girl working tonight is beyond rude and I will not be going back to that location again. Should have just stayed closed if that’s how your employees are going to treat customers.

What a crock, they advertise to come in for $1 large pizza, and door is locked. Called phone and they said it’s over. Didn’t know it was for people that don’t have jobs, I’m 68and still work till 5pm. Won’t get our business.

Ordered via Uber Eats and the pizza arrived quickly so I would like to think my order was made fresh but it was the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. It was a simple thin crust pepperoni pizza and I asked for extra sauce. Not only was there not extra sauce, but no joke, there was literally no sauce at all. The pizza was also cold and tasted like cardboard. Do not order from this place!!
