This is by far the best Pizza Hut I have ever been to since I was a kid in the mountains of New Hampshire. The people here are kind and work hard and their communication is great. They made sure my special order was made right. It’s not on the menu, but they made my NYE very special for my girlfriend and I. Thank you guys for closing out a brutal year with a smile on my girlfriend’s face.

I ordered food Wednesday night around 7 o’clock an hour has went by me and my daughter still didn’t never receive our food. I made a phone call. I was told the delivery driver delivered our food and we opened the door and received our food. We did not get any food we proceed to head up to the store to either get our refund or get our food and we were told we cannot get either no refund because we ate the food we had to get out in a snow blizzard the manager of the Gold Road store proceeded to call the police get us, escorted out of the store with no refund and no food

Ordered a pizza tonight, it was supposed to have green olives on it for my kids. Instead of green olives they covered it in sliced jalapeños. When I called them about it I was told that they needed to get a manager but was just left on hold.

Went there, they got our order wrong the first time, we thought that it was fixed until we got all the way across town and come to find out it was still wrong, I’m allergic to tomatoes so I get a different sauce, guess what sauce was on there? Yeah the red marinara smh. The pizza was very dry. And I was visiting from Texas, this place would get no stars if I could.

Friendly and fast staff, that’s a huge plus for fast food. Clean store, unfortunately it’s Halloween and they were sold out of just about everything it was slim Pickens. This was at 9pm. They gave me what was left and that didn’t even cover the pizza, that would have been ok if I got a discount on it but was still charged full price. Management should allow there employees to give people a discount if they run out of product, to make good customer service. I will return just because everything was excellent otherwise. Lot’s of kids in costumes.

My sons football team had their first win, so we took the whole team for pizza. My husband called ahead to let them know a big party was coming. We ordered 10 pizzas, which came out fast and delicious! The store donated sodas to the team and the kids, as well as the adults had an awesome time celebrating our win! I would definitely go back, just because the workers were awesome and the food was good. But if we get another win, we will definitely be back there to celebrate!

Ordered Two large stuffed crust with garlic stick bread and extra toppings. Checked the food before leaving and it’s all sorts of messed up. Going to not adding all the toppings on the pizza to not giving us the right garlic bread. Asked to have the toppings in a little container since they didn’t put them on. They took an extra ten minutes for just toppings.
