Got there and ordered pizza and cheesy breadsticks, a lady came 10 minutes later and told me that it would be another 7 minutes because someone messed up the cheese sticks so they had to remake them. She told me to take the breadsticks and to get a litter of soda to make it up to me. I did not take the soda. They are nice people, give good service and the pizzas are good.

We don’t always want Pizza Hut pizza, but if we do, my family goes out of our way to get it from this location. If you want a Pizza Hut pizza that looks and tastes like their ads promise it will – go to this location. Super friendly staff. The first time I walked in to pickup a pizza, everyone was really engaged, the place was clean and the customer service on point. More recently, I’ve moved and they no longer deliver to my location per the website. I placed an order and sent my son to pickup the food. Once home, we began eating our dinner without realizing that something was missing. Minutes later, I received a call from the Pizza Hut manager about missing our chicken wings. I was so thankful he called. I was planning to send my son back, but the manager insisted that he deliver our missing items. He delivered them to me outside of his zone when he didn’t have to. Then to top things off, he gave us a card for another free hot wings order. That was so unnecessary! The service was well beyond our expectations and the food was still hot and fresh. Thanks for being so kind and friendly. Your service really shines, not just with management, but everyone!!

Person taking order over phone needs listening skills otherwise pizza was great, wings way too hot(could not eat). She did not give me choices for wings. Delivery on time and young man was very polite. Also was charged $32.00 for a medium 4 topping pizza and 6 wings. Thought this was a little high but husband just had surgery and needed food.

The cooks have been doing a really good job with messing up my order the last few times I ordered here. Whether it’s completely forgetting something that I ordered, completely half efforting it, or forgetting a sauce. One time I ordered my wings and they didn’t even shake it up, so all of the sauce was still on the bottom and hardly on any of the wings.
I work for Pizza Hut in the next town over, and we would NOT make these same mistakes.

The “no sauce” option was not available on the site, and my special instructions were ignored. We had a person who could not eat because the incorrect pizza was sent. Also, when I tried to use my “hut rewards” it truncated each time. It happened three times. The store they could apply rewards but no redeem them.

We had chosen contact free delivery and the driver did not let us know that the pizza had been dropped off. The delivery tracker was not updated either. Our pizza sat on our porch for quite a while until I called to see where it was. We had cold pizza and there was no attempt to make it right at all. It is sad because we are new to the area and have had great service typically when we have ordered.

This used to be my favorite Pizza Hut, but this last couple of years they’ve really gone downhill in terms of service. Last time I tried to pick up curbside the lady at the counter was nasty to me and wouldn’t bring it out until I came in, despite there clearly being no other vehicle matching my description at that time. And it’s felt like someone there has been almost intentionally messing up my food for the last few orders as well. I don’t know if someone mean started working there or has a personal vendetta, but that’s not how you treat *any* customer.
They’ve flushed years of my loyalty down the drain and I won’t be going back.
