Please do not EVER use their overflow phone call center!! Their English is absolutely HORRIBLE, they double charge your card and you never get the pizza delivered!!! I literally had to go through my credit union for action, because you have MULTIPLE PENDING CHARGES for the ONE item you ordered and NEVER RECEIVED….THE OWNER WAS VERY UNAPOLOGETIC AS WELL and I’ve been in this neighborhood patronizing pizza hut for 4 YEARS…..PLEASE DO BETTER PIZZA HUT

Little Caesars on west main did us so wrong yesterday, my boyfriend nearly missed his son whole party cause of it. ♀️ We paid for our pizza AHEAD of time at 12noon, to be ready and picked up by 7:30pm., he gets there with my brother and they said you gotta wait 20mins, then 20 minutes later came, they still haven’t even started on it, then after that ANOTHER 20MINS, By then He was upset and asked for a refund, and not only that, that was going to be another 15mins for the refund, which they weren’t happy about, and the manager was upset about giving him his money back giving him attitude, they show up to pizza hut telling them about what happened and they made our order and showed better customer service so Thankyou Pizza Hut! Not only that the pizza was delicious and gone within seconds after they finally made it back!

I’ve ordered from here twice – one delivery order and one carry-out. The delivery order experience was fantastic. My driver got my order to me quickly (tip your drivers!), my food was hot, fresh and correct. A very pleasant first experience that I made sure to compliment them on. I would most definitely recommend ordering delivery from this location based on that experience.
The second time, however, was a bit of a disappointment. We ordered a half pepperoni, half mushroom, onion and garlic Big New Yorker pizza and a dessert cookie for carryout on a Sunday evening. Arrived 5 mins earlier than the pick-up time I was given, but still waited between 15-20 minutes for our order. There were a whole 3 employees in the store that avoided eye contact and helping you at all, and we sat and watched as at least half a dozen delivery orders were sent out as we waited for our late order. First we were told they were out of cookies and gave us bread sticks instead without being given the option for something else. Then, when we finally got out order, the cookie was there too? I was missing the garlic topping on the pizza, which was far from cut in half. More like 1/3 mushrooms garlic and onion and 2/3 pepperoni, leaving the veggie person to fill up on the bread sticks.So those came in handy, at least. Our order was hot and fresh, though. But not quite right with missing the garlic, which tops off the taste. I’d be hesitant to order carry-out from here again, but would probably give it one more chance.

My food was late twice in a row by at least 15 minutes. When I called Patrick was very rude and condescending, I told him I would call corporate and leave a review to which his response was “good luck with that”. This store is very unprofessional, and I hope people find another location to use until this one gets shut down and Patrick loses his job.

Got food from here twice. First time they didn’t deliver the majority of the food. The 2nd time I was missing almost 20$ worth of food. Talked to an employee that said they would be getting the missing food to me and it never came. Now I’m trying to call to get my money back and they won’t answer. This is the worst Pizza Hut.

First time trying Pizza Hut in probably a decade and honestly, I’m disappointed I decided to order this after seeing an ad for the cheesy crust bites. My boyfriend and I both agreed that the pizza, bites, and cheese sticks were incredibly bland. Also not impressed with the extra $1.75 charge for extra cheese and then not even covering the pizza in the regular amount of cheese.

Not a fan of being prompted to tip twice as a way to guilt me into tipping. I pay online and choose not to tip there because they never answer their phones and send it to some call center. When you pay online you can’t choose no tip either. You have to choose a custom tip and put 0.00 in. Then, when I go in for pickup, the lady who works there (on multiple occasions) prompts me to tip again as if I have to go through that in order to get a receipt for my purchase. This isn’t necessary as I’ve shopped here for years. It’s another way to prompt and hopefully guilt people into tipping for something that’s never required or requested tipping before. It’s gross and tip culture is gross. Stop guilting your patrons j to tipping because you’re staff isn’t paid enough.

I ordered delivery from there I was going to tip him but he was very rude and very unprofessional. So I decided against tipping him. The food was also not good. I woke up this morning to see I had a charge of 5 dollars added to my account with pizza hut. Was told it was the tip I filled out. Which I stated I did not do. But in the end they can keep that 5 dollars I will never order or recommend you ever order from here….

This place use to be really good but now it’s just garbage. Every time we order curb side we end up having to go in, every time we order Xtra toppings we literally get less than what we would had gotten if we didn’t order Xtra. The short black girl there is rude and clueless. The fact that she knows absolutely nothing is beyond me. The staff are always playing instead of actually working. One time I ordered chicken and pineapple pizza instead of her saying we’re out of chicken she decided to put all pineapples and literally two pieces of chicken on my pizza. However I received a refund but still to pay all that money and the food is terrible, This by far is my last time spending money here.
