Great food and staff is amazing! I have ordered delivery twice. Drivers Ryan and Blaze were extremely fast and very pleasant! Also had carryout and the staff were nice and made me feel very welcomed. Will continue to order in the future

Despite the busy atmosphere and influx of customers, the Pizza Hut location on State Street only had one employee, Austin, working. However, this did not hinder the exceptional customer service he provided. Despite the constant ringing of the phone and a steady stream of guests, Austin remained calm and patient, providing each customer with top-tier assistance. His dedication and positive attitude are truly commendable, and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for his hard work. Thank you, Austin, for not only making our pizza delicious, but also for making our experience at Pizza Hut a pleasant one. Keep up the great work!

Burnt bread, pizza was not HOT. Pasta was barely warm, a whole Pizza was missing as well. Was told that they could not make it at the time due to being “busy” and wouldn’t even refund the amount for the pizza. Offered me a free pizza on next visit, but I won’t be using it. Almost $50 for warm and missing food. Great job!

It was very clean and the atmosphere was very inviting. The food was done pretty fast, so it was hot. I really have no complaints. I love the menu options. I love that even after coming back to Saginaw after all these years and in this economic time, the price are affordable.

Pizza is great but unfortunately we’ve had to start going elsewhere after finding out these employees have to work multiple jobs because this establishment doesn’t pay them a living wage. Definitely going to be avoiding this location in the future

Food was ok. We went in for 2 dollar Tuesday and the staff made us feel like peasants. Only because they acted extremely annoyed at how busy they were for this sale. I have 6 children and all of them wanted one. They told us 4 limit, which is fine, but I sent my oldest daughter in to get 4 more and they almost didn’t give it to her. Nonetheless, they took away dining in. The restaurant location is small and we were all cramped. I person on register on 2$ Tuesday will not work. Please do better.

Decent food but an outrageous wait. If you plan on ordering carry-out from this location, I would wait a few months before they figure their system out.
I ordered through the app and arrived at the designated time the order said it would be complete (40 minute wait from initial order), and the lobby of the restaurant was packed with people still waiting for their orders. Some people were waiting an hour after their designated pick up time. This was on a Wednesday night at 7:00p.m. Personally, I had to wait an extra 25 minutes.
In terms of food, not much to say. I got an original large pepperoni pizza with bread sticks and the pizza was very thin crust for being regular and the bread sticks were very airy, so not much actual bread to them. The pizza dough was pretty airy as well so the pizza was thin and the crust was hollow with not much bread to it.
