2 visits in a row, 2 pizzas each time.. I requested “extra sauce” when I ordered. Both times I got, no sauce. Paid for pizzas, got cheese bread instead. Once was acceptable, twice is not. I won’t be back there

Had to wait over 30 minutes for a large pan pizza. What upset me was that when I got to the store worker tell me 9 minutes because they just started making my pizza. Then came out after waiting 10 minutes tells me 9 minutes more. after giving a doordash driver his order that came in at same time I did. Told doordash when he came in 20 minutes because they just started making his order, a big order. Sum how mine order was still not done. Very frustrated

We ordered a large supreme tonight. Looking forward to the pizza we always receive from here. It wasn’t all the way cooked, crust on the bottom was almost gooey. Had some bad and hard banana peppers. Very disappointing

I called up the Establishment, 2 guys directed the phone call to KEN.
Ken said he will make it right, stop over anytime tomorrow to get a coupon for a pizza of the same size n value free cookies.
Pizza Hut has some amazing sausage. We just don’t eat it.
Pizza is always good when your starving & humbled to be blessed.
We picked off the meats & fed most of them to the dogs.
We saved some for KEN unfortunately he didn’t want it back.

Stopped in for two personal pizza boxes for Grandma, and the experience was pleasant overall. The store was busy, but the atmosphere was still warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly and quick, and Grandma loved the pizzas (though I couldn’t try them myself).
If you’re looking for fast, reliable pizza and good service, I’d recommend this Pizza Hut. They’ve got friendly staff and great deals!

I ordered a pizza online at 5:20pm Friday night 1/7/22 and per the online site should have only taken 40-50 minutes. My pizza was not delivered until 7:30PM. I spent a hour calling the local store in Waterford, MI on highland road and absolutely no answer from the store. My call was placed on hold with music playing for 20 minutes, I had to hang up and call the “customer service complaint” line and wait another 15 minutes to be told that I would receive a refund or even a response to my complaint within 72 hours! So, I have no dinner, no money and still cooking after wasting 2 hours!
Look at the picture of the pizza I received below with absolutely “NO CHEESE” on, just pizza sauce and toppings, an NO, I did NOT order it that way! So this whole experience was a wasted of time, and money! The whole evening on hold and bad customer service! I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again! Don’t waste your money or time!!!

Haven’t ordered from here in awhile, just never had a good experience. Some things never change. I called 5:33 on a Sunday evening a girl who introduced herself as Carmen answered the phone asked delivery or pick-up, I stated pickup she than let the phone sit there for 2 minutes before hanging up. Fair to say I went across the street to hungry howies to get pizza.

I put it an order for jelepoeno and they put none. Worst customer service asked if I could put in the code again for a coupon although it was already put it. Would NOT recommend this location. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible experience for the 2nd time, this is absolutely ridiculous. If you order wings in a sauce you expect them to come with the sauce. Little received plain chicken nuggets when I ordered Burnin Buffalo Hot. How anyone can get something so simple so wrong it beyond my comprehension. Absolutely Horrible.
