Something told me to stick to going to the Pizza Hut on Hall Rd. in Clinton Twp and boy should I have listened to myself. 4 overcooked personal pizza’s. I asked for extra cheese and extra toppings. I barely received extra cheese. Arely Amy toppings. Why does a personal pizza’s need to be brown??? Because it was cooked to death. Also these foil pans that they are in are stupid. I will NEVER come to this location again. I will drive out of my way to get delicious pizza cooked the way I ordered it. Needless to say we threw all the pizzas in the garbage and had to order something else. I would include photos but we trashed the food without even thinking about it. Waste of time and money.

Idk if it’s Pizza Hut pinching pennies, policy, or the person who made my pizza but there’s literally one pepperoni per slice, that’s it! lol if you pay premium pricing for a pizza you should at least get a decent amount of topping imo

Toppings and sauce were good. However, the personal pan pizza was not the same as it was in the Restaurants in the past. They use individual tins now, so you don’t get the crispy pan crust. Toppings and sauce were good though.

If you want to enjoy your pizza and your experience, please go to another place! I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in over 10 years and after dealing with what I had happen to me a few days ago, I am now reminded of why it has been so long. Taylor, the store manager, refuses to see where customer loyalty comes into play. I ordered 2 large square pizzas that were definitely not large and I was told over the phone that both a medium and a large pizza have 8 slices. Can someone please explain how this concept makes sense?! After giving me two very small circle pizzas (I ordered 2 large squares), I called corporate and was told that the store would refund me. Mind you, I drove over 30 minutes to come to this location past 10pm. (Only place open near me so I decided to take a chance). The manager, Taylor, told me that it is not possible to get my money back. No matter what, the customer is always right. If you want your customers to come back and to stay loyal, you have to help them out for the mistakes that YOU’VE made. My pizzas were made incorrectly and I still had to pay for them?!! There is no such thing as bringing pizza back to the store for a refund, because once the food has left the building, it is already contaminated point blank period. I never write Google reviews and this experience itched my brain so badly that there was no other option but to help someone else avoid this issue. I look younger than I am but that does not mean you can take advantage of me. I may be young but I know the principles of running a business. This is a prime example of how NOT to do business. At the end of the day, the customer is always right, and this Pizza Hut visit was a huge disappointment!

Good Pizza Hut. The driver was nice, he called me because he couldn’t find me. He was only a few minutes late, that’s OK. My only complaint he made me take my order out of the bag, that should be part of his duties. Not a big deal. Otherwise, good experience with this Pizza Hut.

This location is lazy with the pan pizzas. Their cheese does not go to the corners! Deep dish pan pizza IS cheese from corner to corner! This is what I expect from pan pizza from Pizza Hut. Will NOT be ordering from this location again.

I stopped into Pizza Hut to grab dinner for Grandma and ended up scoring a deal for myself too! The personal pan pizza and wings for $6.99 was a steal, so I bought two! The restaurant wasn’t too busy, but it felt a little rushed, which took away from the overall experience. Maybe they had a big order going on; I didn’t feel the usual welcoming vibe.
I can’t speak on the food, because I didn’t eat any. Would I recommend it? Maybe, if you’re looking for something fast and convenient. It’s reliable, affordable, and quick.

I order from pizza huts all over michigan and hands down this location is my favorite. My bread sticks were covered in seasoning my wings perfectly coated. 10/10 plus the hung man who took my order was very nice and you could hear his smile while talking to him . Keep being awesome guys!!
