Pizza Hut has always been hit or miss for me, but as of December 2025 they have done a fabulous job delivering nice quality pizza, excellent service, and reasonable prices for me to enjoy. The last trip there was fantastic, nothing seems cold or luke-warm. The cheese sticks were better than I remember and the pizza itself was pretty good! While never quite my first choice around the area, they get the job done for a much more reasonable price than most, definitely recommend.

Stay away from this store, their employees are rude and do not know how to run the place. We ordered personal pizzas on 7/15/25 during promotion, scheduled to pick up an hour later on my way home from work. By the time I got there, there were at least 30 customers waiting, parking lot was parked, people were very upset…to me that was not the issue, the way their employees treated the customers was extremely rude, they told us they were 100 orders behind due to the promotion, and that even you ordered ahead you still have to wait at least another hour for you pizzas, they sounded like we were waiting for handouts…Many of us canceled the orders, including myself, the sale lady confirmed mine was canceled…Today I got my credit card statement, THE CHARGE FROM PIZZA HUT WAS ON THE STATEMENT.
I am extremely disappointed: dinner plan screwed up, was treated terribly, almost got into car accident, $25 in the hole…all these thanks to mismanagement of Canton Pizza Hut staffs. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!

We tried the new Detroit style pizza this weekend. Let’s just day the oven was a little hot this weekend. I mean cheese sticks and pizza was baked very “well done” and that was not my request. Also the sauce on the Detroit Style Pizza was super spicy. I was not expecting that at all! Been a while since I ordered from the Hut and not really inclined to order again any time soon. Staff was nice though.

Great experience. The staff was super polite and friendly. The store was clean. The arcade game in the corner reminded me of the old local Pizza Hut with games and the salad buffet. All around no issues and better than expected interaction with better than expected pizza! One of the better simple pepperoni pizzas in a chain available!

The employee Jessica, that works here, is extremely rude and cancelled an order for a customer that was there while I was there. All he did was ask what time it would be ready, and she went into an argumentative state. I normally don’t leave reviews for stuff like this, but this needs to be addressed. We ended up cancelling our order right after due to how she was treating other customers. She was completely fine with us doing that. In case the owners of this location are not aware, your employee is sending customers away by her behavior.

I don’t know what happened to Pizza Hut… I remember ordering cheese breadsticks and there being an abundance of cheese just gooey and delicious! Whenever I order them now, I get a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese across them leaving them burnt, overcooked and just not at all how I remember them being. I’m so disappointed because I used to LOVE Pizza Hut!

Now I know this is pizza hut but I have never had consistent delicious pizzas from any pizza restaurant. Usually people have there good and bad days but I can say this location is always good. Everyone looks at my pizza like where did you get that from it looks good. I tell them this location has the best and I can tell they work hard. We will be coming back again

Placed a contacless curbside take-a-way for $56 and when I arrived I had to illegally double park and sat outside forever. When I went inside the lady was rude and kicked me out. Never got my food and I paid these people a $7 tip just to bring my pizza out to me and they couldn’t even handle that! Beware the entire parking lot is a mess and they share parking with two other resturants that also do cubside take-a-way. I’ll probably have to fight the charge with AMEX next week, what a waste of time! Beware of this place, rude and very poor service! I can only imagine how poor the food would have been because again, I didn’t get my order! What a complete joke!

I haven’t been to PH is many years, but this was the first time since then. The food was good, we ordered off the $5 menu. Service is also good and fast!
