I ordered a 3 topping large pizza. There was no cheese pull, very greasy, and the toppings had absolutely no flavor, with barely any marinara sauce, even then it didn’t taste good. The crust wasn’t bad, but overall very disappointing.

We ordered two large pizzas, one hand tossed and one original pan. The hand tossed was dry, thin as a thin crust, barely any cheese and basically inedible. We threw it right in the garbage after having one slice. The pan pizza was barely better, the dough tasted like it was defrosted from a freezer. It was flavorless and insanely oily. With delivery and tip this was a complete waste of money. I tried calling the store but was put on hold for 10 minutes before I just gave up and hung-up. BTW this order was placed using the Pizza Hut app and not uber eats etc. Only positive thing I can say is the pizzas were delivered hot and promptly.

I ordered a New York style pizza approximately 10 days ago and it was EXCELLENT. They must’ve made a mistake in doing that because I tried to order the same thing today and it was the worse looking pizza I had ever seen. It looked as if it had been sitting for hours. It looked extremely dry and it didn’t even look like a whole pizza. It looked like they cooked 6 and put it in the box. They remade the pizza and it looked exactly the same. I honestly think that it was the same pizza lol. I got a refund and left the pizza in the store. BTW the woman at the front counter had a really bad attitude. She doesn’t need to be the face of what your company represents.

Today a mistake was made on our pizza toppings when I called they were extremely professional and nice. They immediately made another one and delivered it my business. They even added a nice little surprise. These little things is what makes me come back to a company. It not about the mistakes but how you handle them. They went above and beyond and it just made my daughter’s and mine day. Way to go with customers service.

Had a DoorDash driver not able to find my home. I was at work and ordered for my son. I usually order from Pizza Hut because they have their own drivers. Called the location and spoke to the manager and explained the situation. She greatly apologized and sent her driver coming on Shift to replace the food. She also refunded my purchase. Crystal went above and beyond with her customer service. Thank you, and love this place!

Horrible I ordered wings those papadilla or and cheese bread. The wings garlic parm with a hole in the bottom there is hole in the container now their is sauce all over my leathers seat everything was cold and we waited for them to make it. And as you look at the pics 5 tiny pieces of chicken in each side and I could have swore it said it had bacon. They either need to close or get a new manager

I have tried this place 2 times both time there was barely any sauce or cheese on the pizza. Topping were ok but on the lighter side. It didn’t taste like pizza just bread. I won’t be back.

This is the only location in the area that makes really good Pizza! Madison Heights and Rochester Hills locations are horrible. I travel out of my way to come here. My pizza is always how I request it with extra cheese. I sometimes come here 1x a week. It’s just that good. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Horrible! Everything is burnt and dried out. The crust is so over done it could break a tooth. The bread wasn’t even sliced and could barely bite into any of it. First and last time ordering and very disappointing. Called to complain and they never apologized. Offered a credit or to remake it. Took the credit cuz who wants to wait another hour after originally placing order.
