I waited an hour hour 12 wings. Got a notification that it was delivered but never seen it. Tried calling four (4) times and no one would answer. Drove in and said they never got my order. Showed email confirmation. Also, I’m gonna start reading food inspections before I order from places because going inside this place I know I’ll never order from here again.

They have made a lot of improvement in a short time. I get 30 min for lunch so I order for pickup and then take lunch to go get it they usualy have it ready as soon as I walk thru the door. They are professional and smile on their faces.

I just ordered a pizza about 7PM tonight June 22nd 2025. It was good ,except I ordered a 3- topping pizza deal on the app. Sausage, Pepperoni, Ham. Everything was correct except It was missing pepperoni. I’ve never gave a review or called in before, but this is not the first time my order has been wrong or missing toppings.

I have been wondering why the pizza huts around have been going out of business or closing. . . The truth is most people won’t say anything when they have a bad experience they will just take their business elsewhere. This place has no consistency . You can tell the employees do not truly care. The food is good one day and terrible the next. You never know if you’re going to get what you paid for . It’s dissatissfying . Sad really anyways we will order elsewhere

Very disappointed with this delivery experience. I was waiting for my pizza, keeping an eye on the app, which still showed it as “preparing.” Then out of nowhere, it changed to “delivered” — 20 minutes after it had actually been dropped off. No knock, no doorbell, no text, nothing. I had no idea it was sitting outside getting cold. By the time I found it, it was barely warm and definitely not fresh. If I’m paying for delivery, the least I expect is to be notified when my food arrives.
