If I could give them a zero rating I most definitely would. The girl who greeted me was NOT friendly at all. Then despite the fact that I had questions regarding the order she still walked off to back off the store and completely ignored the fact that I was still standing there. I had to literally raise my voice and say EXCUSE ME in order to have someone else assist me. The taste of the food was not appealing. I am extremely disatisfied and disappointed.

Ordered on-line. Store said it would be ready in 15min. Went there and store was closed. Called customer service and kept getting put on hold. Was charged for order, and got no resolution. Given corporate number and they directed me to their website. 3 hours later no resolution and waiting for a e-mail response. Very poor customer service. Will update once I get resolution to the issue.

Nice dine in pizza house in Spencer. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was great. You order at the register and seat yourself. We dined in, ordered drinks and a pizza. This place has a nice retro diner kind of feel. Great place and I’m sure we will be back.

This was the worst pizza hut salad bar I have been too. The waitress was very nice. As you can see in my pictures there was little variety to choose from. And what was available had been out for some time. This was at 1pm on a Friday.

Absolutely pathetic! They don’t deserve one star. My order came to $50 some dollars. When I got to the car with my carryout order I noticed they shorted me the cheeses sticks. They told me I would have to wait 10 minutes, they never made them. That’s when I should have just asked for all my money back. But no..
When I get home.. all my food was cold and soggy exactly the cheese sticks… or pan of bread I should say… there was only a bit of cheese on the very middle and they were so hard. We were supposed to have a 16pc boneless wing.wings.. instead we got a SIX PC. traditional wing. The fries were not edible. The ham sandwich was so hard you could have used it as a weapon. When I called in to let him know that they messed up the order a second time. She said she could just give me a credit on my account. I never want to step foot in that place again let alone order more food from them and waste more money. It’s ridiculous! I hadn’t been to pizza hut in over a decade and I should have stuck with that decision!

This place is good when you eat at it or when it is delivered. Though I have some issue with the fact that yesterday there was no delivery available. I’m not sure what happened but this is problematic for pizza place.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza. This hair was baked into the crust. The delivery driver likes to claim she doesn’t have change to break your $20 in an attempt for a $15 tip. They will not deliver a diet soda, no matter how many times I’ve ordered a diet it always comes as regular.
