I ordered food for my family. Pizza, wing, fries and chicken Alfredo. The pizza and wings were ok. The chicken Alfredo had not enough Alfredo to cover the noodles and a tiny piece of chicken. There was only 21 fries. Seriously not even enough to feed a toddler. When asked about a refund to bring the food back they said no refund and hung up. What a shame the location in Scottsburg, Indiana is this bad. A place my family went to often. We will not be back. Managers need to do better.

Every experience I have had with the Scottsburg Pizza Hut has been negative and I dont understand why. The woman (i assume manager?) tonight is awful. Very, very rude and doesnt seem to be making anyone work? My mom never complains about anything and was one her favorite places for us to go inside and eat. For the past few months when shes went they have had to refill their drinks on their own and said it will be completely empty in there and still takes three times as long as it used to to get food. I stopped going there completely because I have social anxiety and worry I will bother them again. I rarely ever complain because I understand people need their jobs, but we have lost one of our favorite restaurants (my parents even got to meet my husband there 14 years ago for the first time). I cant even order it to be delivered because the website is so incredibly slow.
I doubt this will do anything at all to help bring back one my families favorite restaurants, but its the only reason I’m leaving this review. Because it hasn’t been one instance but every single time my family (multiple households) tries to go there again there is something.

At first it looked abandoned as there was one sole car in the parking lot. So we called & learned they were open. Place had only been open 30 minutes and there were two staff members there. One we were told was on break, already. Every single table in the place was dirty despite us likely being the first ones there for the day. We could feel the floor sticking to our shoes & giant stains were on the carpet.. It was filthy and gross. We walked in, and walked right back out.

My brother and I come in at least twice a week to get melts for lunch. The staff already know what we want as soon as we come in. They get our drinks ready and have them at the table and food ready all without having to say what we want. Very nice staff. Melissa has helped turn the store around and my family couldn’t be happier. Thank you FAST FOOD Hot and Feeah. Great staff

Order almost $100 worth of food and 1 of the 3 pizzas were wrong. Went back to the store gave them my receipt then was told that I should have brought back the pizza they messed up for proof that it wasn’t my right one. The guy proceeds to give me two pizzas boxes out through the drive through window. Told the guy the second box wasn’t mine. Guy takes back the second box and puts it in the warmer. I have never had a “fast food” place take food back ever that is absolutely unsanitary. Once it leaves through the door or the drive through window you do not take it back for sanitary purposes.

Ordered Pizza and it was supposed to be ready at 5:40pm got there front doors are locked and you can only go through drive through and it’s backed up 2 hours later and we still have not been able to get our pizza. I paid online and I tried to cx called and talked with them and they said sorry we are backed up. Worst service ever will never go back

Food was really good, staff was amazing. the gentleman that took me and my husbands order blaine, he was amazing, really nice and helpful ordered the stuff crust meat lovers, very flavorful and hot. Love that its a dine in, there are not very many pizza places we can dine in so Thankful This place offers dine in and has Great food with Some Great staff!

I love the pasta, it’s always great! Unfortunately for my kids they like the cheese sticks and instead they got this. Half of a pan pizza with cheese, not even cut. Thanks pizza hut. They wouldn’t even eat it.
