Waited a while to be seated. When taken to my table it was dirty and asked for another table since that one hadn’t been cleaned. She took our order. 20 minutes later she brought our drinks and pizza arrived about 10 minutes later.

My husband just home from Rochester Pizza Hut with our order we placed online, like always. Well opened the boxes to see that we got hand tossed pizzas instead of panned pizza like we put in for. Double checked the reciept and it says for 2 panned pizzas. So tried calling and they apparently can’t pick up the phone either. So 2 major disappointments, not the right crust on either pizza and don’t answer the phone.

I don’t know why I bother filling out the special instruction part of my online orders because we might get 1 in 20 off our orders the way we order it. Had the big New Yorker there other day was great! Ordered it last night and I couldn’t even eat it! It was soggy in the middle and over cooked on the edges (burnt not crisp). Everything was not warm when we got our food. If it wasn’t for my boyfriend, I wouldn’t ever eat here. It’s just not worth it for me to keep wasting my money here when 1/2 the time I won’t even eat what we get delivered.

My husband and I ordered 35 pizzas for our basketball boys for their dinner to eat after their game Tuesday. The pizzas were still hot and everyone really enjoyed the pizzas. Also thanks to the employees for helping load our truck.

Will NOT be ordering again! Ordered online paid online to save time ! Recieved email for pick up time! I live 15 miles outta town, so i drive there arrive a little late and they tell me order hasnt been started and it will be 40 minutes! Already have my money so i have no choice but to now waste my time and wait around till they decide to do their job!

Saturday afternoon and the dining room was dirty, one server handed us menu and told us to seat ourselves. All but one table dirty and the other server running vacuum. Salad bar was disgusting and old . Management needs to get training from Logansport or Warsaw Pizza Hut. Rochester has never been clean or represented well.
