I ordered a large hand tossed half supreme half chicken club pizza. What a joke. I would have been better to buy a frozen pizza. There were 8 pieces, my 4 pieces of chicken club had a total of 7 pieces or bites of chicken and my wife had the same amount of sausage with a little amount of other pieces of who knows what. We haven’t been to Pizza Hut for a long time because of how bad it was before, but we thought hopefully it would have changed. Not one bit. What a waste of money. Never again!!!

Normally it’s good . Tonight I come in to order for take out . They said let me get these people . Witch was people came in after me . They were picking up 3 diff people . The employee kept going back and forth to all them like 2 to 3 times instead of taking my order. So I left . Then called in my order from my truck sitting out side . Then it seemed they couldn’t hear what I was saying .but finally got it ordered . . The employee acted like she was confused the hole time when I was inside . Very uncalled for the way she treated me

I dined in. it took me almost ten minutes to get a seat.There was only 2 customers in the building. I placed my order by the time I finished my salad from the salad bar, I still hadn’t received my drink. I had to go up and ask for it, and even then it’s still took ten more minutes to bring it to me. When I finally received my pizza, it was lukewarm and very hard crust. I proceeded to sit there and watch the kitchen staff goof around and make pizzas. And not one person was wearing a hairnet, not one person had gloves on, i watched one employee, go to the bathroom. Come out with her hands still dripping she wiped them on her pants and apron, and went right back to making pizzas.I threw my food down on the tray paid for it and left.I will never eat there again.

Pizza was cold and looked horrible. The big chocolate cookie was cold. I received my order at 6.30 pm missing the cheeses sticks. It is now 650pm still waiting for them to bring them. I live not even a. Block away. Very dissatisfied.

The last 2 times we’ve ordered dinner there was hair in our food. Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and this time toppings were wrong on one of our pizzas and got pasta when I ordered wings. The guy that runs the place at night is super unprofessional and was being rude to another employee right in front of me. Needs better management.
