We had a birthday party at this Pizza Hut today, with about 12 of us gathered in one of their private dining rooms.
I hadn’t been to this Pizza Hut in a few years, and I was surprised by how good the pizza was. The cheese, sauce, crust and toppings were all so good.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The dining area was clean and quiet. We preordered, so our wait time was minimal for our pizzas.
It was a great experience.

Ordered the bundle. Little sauce for wings that were supposed to be medium buffalo which turns out they’re “burning hot”. Pizza smells like armpit

We ordered the bundle with breadsticks, cinnamon sticks and personal pizza. Had to order chicken wings to “qualify” for delivery. They didn’t bring the pizza. When we called and told them they said we would have to pay for another pizza even though we never got one. But of course, just a personal pizza isn’t enough for a delivery . This staff is terrible, done with this location.

I would only suggest that you have some kind of game night or nights like Bingo, or sports ,music,etc questions . People eat more and bring back the beer and TVs, so people interact with each other in games. We had so much fun playing question games. Old questions are good, for us older people. Prize could be a personal or small pizza. And TVs along with the beer and question games would bring in more revenue.

One of the greediest Pizza Hut franchises I’ve ever seen… To give a quick example, the Triple Treat Box is advertised as “Starting at 19.99” but as soon as you enter the zip code and select the local ones it’s “”Starting at 28.99” which is insane… This isn’t downtown New York, it’s Kokomo, that kind of franchisee markup is unreal.

Pizza was NOT hot, barely warm, when it was delivered. Have to start giving a tip when it arrives instead of before. Very disappointed.

My food was ready within the expected wait time. Fresh, & order was right!!. (ordered thru app). Overall cleanliness of restaurant is great! The Pizza Hut team members are also nice & attentive when you arrive. I definitely would go back.
