If I could give 0 stars I would! Cold food after sitting in the drive through at the window for over 30 mins without even seeing a worker come check or anything. I understand being short staffed but a simple check of the window letting people know what the hold up is would make a world of difference. Definitely will not be going back to this location again.

Apparently they are so desperate for employees that they hire people who can’t read. This is the second time I’ve been given the wrong order at carry out. When am I going to.learn to just lower my expectations? It seems that this is the “level of service” they expect to give their customers. I should just place an order for “surprise me”, I’d be less disappointed. They gave me a store credit…as if I’d go back.

I would not recommend this Pizza Hut! Over priced and they don’t even give you Parmesan or crushed red pepper for free anymore. I ordered 47 dollars worth of food on a pizza, wings and breadsticks only to be told I have to pay for the packets that come free. That’s an outrage. Do not spend with them. Not worth it and you get ripped off. The staff don’t have a clue and they NEVER have any deals. It needs to be shut down in my opinion, but it’s all the town has really. Sad

I write this as I sit in the drive through, being ignored by the staff. I’ve been sitting here for 6 minutes now and although 4 staff have looked at me, none have even come over to ask my name. Does this store not have a 30 second rule for acknowledging customers? Was going to leave a big cash tip, but not now. I guess we’ll see what the pizza looks like if I ever get a staff person to come over.

We’ve been in line in the drive thru for 20 mins. It took me having to call them to get them to open the window for the car in front of us. We pull up no one opens the window to ask the name on the pizza. I’m giving them 5 minutes before I go inside and make a scene. This is bullshit. Workers just standing around inside!!!

I know im not the only one who’d say this place has gotten terrible. Had late night so just ordered for dinner. Got home pizza is so soggy and undercooked. Wasn’t hot, so shouldn’t be losing all topping and folding like a wet cardboard box. Im done with this place.

This pizza would’ve been good but there is absolutely no sauce on it. Considering the cost of pizza these days, it should be done right. Driving to get it then driving home and having something like this happen isn’t acceptable. There are honest mistakes but the last four times I have ordered from Lig Pizza Hut, my order has been messed up or something wasn’t put on the pizza. One of those times, I ordered extra mushrooms and there were none on it at all. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the veggies were super fresh.
