I’ve always had not so good experiences where Pizza Hut is involved. However, upon my kids request, we checked out this PH. And I must admit, I was very well taken care of. Everyone was great but the guy who stood out for me and my kids was Mr. Terrance! Great customer service, answered and assisted with my children’s questions and request. Just an all around great guy! I especially enjoyed his smile and knowledge of the different pizza selections. It’s always nice to have a well rounded and versed in their craft individual! Thanks for the experience Terrance!! We’ll be back for sure!!

I ordered a pizza, wings, and the chicken Alfredo pasta. The pizza and wings were good, but the Alfredo needs work the sauce was runny and not much flavor.. I was very disappointed because I typically get this item and it’s normally delicious and today was garbage! Trash! Disgusting! Need to get it together for the prices people are paying this is unacceptable! If you wouldn’t eat it don’t serve it!

I ordered a Pesto Margarita Tavern pizza and substitute the tomato with black olives on the app. My pizza was just delivered with no Pesto! I called the store and spoke with a lady who says her name is Cindy. After telling her about my order she tells me they are out of Pesto. I was never told this while ordering. She told me she would talk to the manager and make sure I get a credit. I asked fir the managers names several times and all she said was she would talk to him then hung up on me!!!

It just takes one worker with poor poor customer service to make the whole place ruined to never wna order from there again.. Some ppl just shouldn’t be given such positions they can’t handle.. Waiting and waiting to get attended and then being intentionally skipped Pizza Hut yall can do better!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We hate to hear this. This isn’t the experience we want for you. This is disappointing to hear. We appreciate the feedback and hope to see you again soon.”
Why would anyone go back with this amount of response. Obviously the owner does not care about retaining customers. Can’t even offer to replace a poorly made pizza that is so obviously wrong tells me they just don’t care. I can’t wait to talk to their corporate management about this sad case of events. It doesn’t get much worse than this. Or does it? The frozen pizzas we buy are made better than what we received.
Really? One piece of pepperoni on many pieces and two at most on the rest? You are taking this Pizza Hut into the dumps. If it’s the owner or manager doing this someone needs to contact the corporate office. You’ll lose your jobs anyway if it closes. Worst run Pizza Hut ever. So sad! Look at the owners response. It’s that same reply which is copy and pasted to all negative responses. That tells me all I need to know.
