Our server was awesome! Overheard someone in back talk about being short help in diningroom on a AYCE night, during what is assumed as peak dinner hours. Odd…considering observing several “team members” with leaning and texting time (visible to patrons) instead of pulling together to compensate for the lacked staffing where this unit needed to ensure Yum! brand’s guests satisfaction of service experience while visiting Pizza Hut. I have to commend Sam on being a welcoming, courteous, polite and very attentive extension of this unit and the brand itself, considering what seemed to me and other patrons voicing opinions, as a diligent representative for unit #007766. I watched her exhibit this mannerism to other tables of guest other than my own. Please direct local management to address the delegation issues they are having among the employees staff, so the entire team of associates, understand the meaning and necessity of working as one to best represent the core ideal of tactful operation structure! Went on a Wednesday evening for the pizza buffet. Their salad bar was fresh, and they had rotating pizzas (although not a wide variety at one time). They had basic breadsticks and cinnamon sticks for dessert (those ran out quite often). It is definitely not as clean as the Pizza Hut that is on 15.

Specifically Lake Village location in Warsaw…whoever designed the idea to have everything happen at the entrance (carry out, waiting for carry out, incoming customers, customers leaving & paying) needs their head examined because when it’s busier ITS ABSOLUTE CHAOS. Yes I had a carry out and left without it! Why you ask? Because couldn’t get near the register to give them my name! Guess what, saw others leave too. Got stuck with at least 3 pizzas that day didn’t ya? On top of that there was one very stressed employee trying to help 20 people. BAD DESIGN – CHAOS! This needs fixed.

Taco pizza was horrible and the server was worse then the pizza the drinks 4.00 for Pop too much for me just for a little drink.
The salad bar too Little opitions and for the Total Bill was Wrong while they printed it.
Pizza hut in Warsaw Indiana USA was a huge disappointment in the end indeed go elsewhere and you might have a Wonderful time there save the hassle and save your money save your memories for a better day elsewhere where smile’s fill your Time.

The buffet was a bunch of old dried up pizza, and in the 45 min we were there, one new pizza came out. They try to trick you with pizza timers that they never update. The salad bar was good which saved the meal. It was not worth $12.99 though!

This was probably one of the worst experiences at a restaurant I’ve ever had. All you can Eat special and the food was cold. They covered up a burnt pizza with nachos, lettuce and cheese. And the waitress was no where the whole time.
