The buffet was a bunch of old dried up pizza, and in the 45 min we were there, one new pizza came out. They try to trick you with pizza timers that they never update. The salad bar was good which saved the meal. It was not worth $12.99 though!

Really needs no stars. Ordered a taco pizza tonight. The crust tasted old. Honestly the whole pizza tasted old. We live about 10 minutes from Pizza Hut, it was the worst pizza we’ve ever had. We’ll go the extra mile and go to Pizza Hut on Detroit St. No didn’t call simply because it doesn’t do any good. Just wondering if they use fresh dough. We ate at Plymouth Pizza Hut, last weekend ordered thin crust it was so good. Had flavor unlike Warsaw Lake Village. Would not recommend Lake Village Pizza Hut in Warsaw at all.

dropped the pizza on the floor, this is the second time in 2/3 months that this Pizza Hut has messed up my orders. Looks like I will need to go to another company or different Pizza Hut !

The staff is great. The pizzas had no sauce. The dough wasn’t evenly spread. Our “heart shaped pizzas” were broken and floating in the box. It didn’t look like a heart at all. It’s now an on-running joke amongst my friends on Pizza Hut’s “Broken Heart Pizza”. Total waste on money and disappointment on Valentine’s Day. We normally don’t order because of cost in general. The food we got in return was not worth it.

This pizza hut is great! There staff was amazing/ accommodating. All our food/ drinks/ supplies were timely and hot. We had a large group and they did amazing!

This has always been one of the best Pizza Huts but tonight my daughter & I were disappointed. I ordered 2 specialty personal pizzas & 1 salad bar. They charged me for a salad bar as a meal for $8.99 rather than as a side for $5.49 – when I asked about it they said the policy is now to charge it as a stand-alone meal when ordered with a personal pan. I didn’t order a larger pizza as there were only 2 of us. I guess next time I can order 1 small & a salad bar and I will spend a lot less than 2 personal pans. I do not understand why they would charge more b/c it’s not like I ate more of the salad bar b/c I ordered a smaller pizza. Good grief! Also, my daughter ordered a pepperoni lover’s personal pan and it had the normal amount of pepperoni – but of course they charged me for the pepperoni lovers. The personal pans were delivered on a plate rather than the pans. I was going to tip very generously to my waitress who was doing at least 3 different jobs tonight but I cut it back since they racked my bill up for me. Show some appreciation to your loyal customers or you’ll lose them!

My husband and I used to work at Pizza Hut in Michigan. We visited this location in Warsaw, IN on a family weekend getaway. We had Tracy as a server and she was magnificent! My husband commented how she even boxed our leftovers for us. We were so very happy to have the wingstreet food menu since we haven’t had it in years!
