Today 6-21-22 is the third time in 2 weeks they had the doors locked at 11:40. No lunch buffet.
This is my 3rd failed attempt and will take my lunch business elsewhere.
Take your large lunch buffet signs down if you are not going to serve it during the hours advertised.

I went to this Pizza Hut for a carryout order that I placed in store around 8:30 at night. There wasn’t anyone else there, but the sign said open, so I went in. Angie helped me place my order and talked with me while we waited. The Pizza only took 8 mins to come out and was piping hot and exactly what I needed after a long day. Sounds like she’s really doing everything she possibly can to get things back on par with the great service this location has provided in the past.

We came here for the buffet because no Pizza Hut by us has one. I can not say enough good things about this place. We came here when literally no one was here and were greeted by the amazing and friendly staff members. We were treated better than any place we have gone to in a long time! They came over and checked on us, asked if they could put more food on the buffet and had some awesome old school music on. We even had Angie and Donovan come over and just have a nice conversation and just check on us. We had our small child with us who is still learning to be out and they were so kind. They didn’t judge us and they even made sure he had a candy bar at the end. Thank you guys so much we will be back !!!!

They lost my order. You call them to place your order, but get forwarded to a call center where you can barely understand the person taking the order. I reconfirmed where I wanted the order sent to after she mentioned the Pizza Hut in Elkhart. I was specifically clear it had to go to the one in Nappanee and confirmed the address. When I got there they didn’t have my order. They were nice, but I didn’t want to wait for them to make it. Half way home I was informed they did have my pizza order. I drove back because they were so nice. When I got there the order was wrong…. Lol. It wasn’t their fault at that store, it was the ridiculous call centers fault. Pizza hut’s (corporate) openly liberal views already had me skeptical of eating there. I don’t think I’ll ever eat at anyplace that makes me call a call enter to order my food at ever again.

Used to be one of my favorite places to eat out or pick up, but recently they stopped all in dining to include their lunch buffet. In addition, the service has fallen off completely and their on line ordering is unreliable. Have no intention of going there again for the foreseeable future.

They didn’t have pan pizza. The restaurant was dark and dirty. I was told the stuffed crust was like a pan pizza. The POS wasn’t working so I had to wait even longer after the online order. The app didn’t work correctly causing even more issues. This is unfortunate as we used to enjoy pizza Hut.

We eat here probably once a month and most of the time the food is usually”just okay”. This last time we ordered a pizza, it was PERFECT. It was cooked perfectly and had a nice even amount of toppings on the pizza. it was picture perfect. if it was cooked like that and looked like that every time I could never complain.

Absolutely the worst food experience I have ever had in my life. Ordered 15 pizzas 5 days early and confirmed a second time. Went to pick them up, no record of our order. Finally got food after re-ordering. Was an hour late to my son’s first birthday party.

So. I placed an order online. For delivery. I get confirmation text and email. I pay for delivery and tip the driver for my order. The 40 dollar order I placed comes out of my bank account. And confirmation number for the order is sent via email. Order was placed at 4:38. It said delivery by 5:15. I called twice was on hold for 10 minutes both times before it got picked up and then hung up on…. I got to the physical location. And the door is locked and they are closed.. curious as to how I can pay for something be told it’s on it’s way and then get a cold shoulder. I have essentially been stolen from. Goods and services… I give you money. I expect the services I purchased to be followed through on your end. I kept my word and you took my money. And a delivery fee and a tip even. So someone explain to me why it is I feel like I got ripped off by a pizza hut chain? And explain to me either where my food is or my money…. lol.

Manager is rude, the buffet is limited I was there for 30 minutes one fresh pizza was placed on buffet. Pricing is inconsistent the last time I ate there was given a senior discount because the owner was in the store. But I asked about it this time the rude manager stated there’s no such thing as a senior discount. When I tried to explain my experience the last time he basically implied that I was a liar and I must be confused with another Pizza Hut. I’m in Nappanee weekly at lunch time and will never ever frequent this Pizza Hut based on how I was treated. Hopefully the owner will see this post.
