DO NOT GO ORDER FROM THE MIDDLEBURY LOCATION. RUDE STAFF, RUDER MANAGER, AND YOUR FOOD WILL BE WRONG. THEN THEY WILL CALL YOU A LIAR.
First time in several months we ordered pizza from here because the last few times the pizzas were burnt.
This time, we ordered 2 pizzas, wings with sauce, and cina-sticks with sauce. I asked if the sauces were in the boxes when I picked up the food. Was told, repeatedly, yes.
Got home no sauce for the winds or cina-sticks. Also was given the wrong pizza. Called them and was passed to person to person, each time they said they were sending me to a manager.
Finally after playing pass the phone, the “manager” got on. I explained the situation and the manager called me a liar!! She said she was the one making the pizzas and knows for a fact she didnt mess up. I explained, again, what I ordered and what I got. She continued to have a horrible attitude and told me the only thing she could do was re-make the food.
I was not going to drive 30 minutes back there and waste my gas for their mess up. I asked for a refund to be put on my card. She argued with me, again saying she didnt mess up so I should be thankful she is willing to remake the food. After asking for her bosses name and number, she finally said she would refund 1/2 price for the pizza.
What the hell! I have wings with no sauce, cina-sticks no icing, and a pizza i cannot eat. I got rude employee after rude employee and finally got a “manager” who was the rudest and called me a liar.
WILL NEVER GO TO THE MIDDLEBURY LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

This is the 3rd and last time I’ve tried our local Pizza Hut the pizza has been burnt and dry each time. I took it back this time and the lady proceeded to argue with me about the non existent sauce. And I always order three extra sides of sauce for the bread sticks which they don’t send with and I have to have them go back and get. Quality has been super poor for the last year now. Do better!!

This pizza hut location is horrible. This is my 3rd bad experience in less than 1 year. Our food is always WAY over cooked, and when I say something about it the staff says “It will just come out the same way if we remake it because our ovens overcook food”. If you know your ovens are overcooking food, then you need to be mentioning it to the manager/owners. They are also snippy when something is wrong, they NEVER answer their phones, and multiple times when I have walked in for a pick up order the place smells like an ashtray; they MUST be smoking cigarettes inside the building. We will just not be returning; we would rather drive 30 whole minutes to the Goshen location instead of 5 minutes up the road because the experiences are just not good.

Tonight was the worst night to get pizza from this location. As soon as I walked in I could tell the staff was uneasy. I got there to pick up my food before it was ready and watched the cook put the pizza in the box and missed. Then proceeded to use bare hands to adjust the slices to fit in the box with no gloves. I said something to the person running the register and they said, “that’s the way it’s done”, and proceeded to forget I even existed after I got my food, after I left a $5 tip on a $20 order. Horrible service, and I hope they get reported to the the health department. Will not return, we will take the extra time and miles to get our pizzas from Goshen.

Denied me my food despite having online confirmation. Called customer service and they aren’t allowed to give refunds. Was then ordered off the property and threatened with the cops for talking to customer service. Called customer service again to add this and they couldn’t find my previous complaint or my account. Apparently customer service can’t fix anything but can delete and cover up issues. BBB has them listed as F- just because of this. In short don’t go. And if you have to order in person and get a paper receipt on camera.

The 3 stars is because they don’t accept coupons or any “deals” on the Pizza Hut website. Other than that…..As with many Pizza Huts now, there is minimal seating and is basically carry out. The pizza is Pizza Hut pizza. Not much I can say to that. It’s consistent quality with other Pizza Huts. We order 3-4 times per year and will continue to patronize them.
