Literally called a total of 7 times because their website wasn’t working. The first time we were halfway through giving our order and told they’re disconnecting the call then hung up. The second we were hung up on while trying to pay. The third trying to pay for the order someone picked up and said “what the hell” and then hung up. We called back I asked to speak to a manager and my sister was laughing about something else and the MANAGER said and I quote “I’m not dealing with this” AND HUNG UP AGAIN! I tried to call back on 2 separate phones and they let it ring till it hung up. So I guess I’m tipping the driver and not paying the store if they come? DO BETTER I was nothing but nice.

Thin crust pepperoni was fantastic! I can’t stand when pizza places skimp on cheese. They put a good amount of cheese. Thank you! Employee was friendly. No complaints!

Only rating 4 stars for the delivery driver. Placed an order accidentally before I was finished and tried to call the store FIVE times, no answer except from someone in another country, who was helpful! Delivery driver showed up and told him the issues, he very nicely went back to retrieve my 2liter. Staff your store better or turn of the phones period.

This is the second time we’ve ordered from this restaurant since we’ve been here. The first time was not a good experience at all. The pizza looked old and it was cold. The wings I got were not covered in sauce at all. I figured i’d give them another chance and that was a mistake. We just got our pizza delivered and again it’s cold and looks like yesterday’s pizza put in the microwave. I’m done with this location. They are giving the Hut a really bad name. GROSS!

I ordered online on 5/11. About 10 minutes later I received a call from them stating one of the items I had ordered was not available. They would have to edit my order, which I was fine with. He told me I would have to pay cash. That was no problem. Before hanging up he said my order should be ready in about 30 minutes. An hour went by and still no delivery. I called the store 3 times and no one picked up. Option 1 was to place a new order. I tried that one and asked about my order the lady told me my order had been made. I asked about an estimated time for delivery she said it was at 3:05pm. Current time was almost 4:30pm. She then proceeded to transfer me to the store and all they did was hang up the call. If the person that called me would of told me they were just going to cancel my whole order I would of ordered from elsewhere and not wasted my time! I will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut!!

Placed an order at 8:16pm with a delivery time of 9:50pm. OK. That’s a while. We can wait. Order shows being “in the oven” in the app. Delivery time came and went. Checked on the order again at 10:10pm and restaurant was closed, I had a reversal on my ApplePay account and the order never showed. ZERO communication from the restaurant. No answer because the location was closed. Not a great way to conduct business. Thanks (literally) for nothing Pizza Hut.
