Man I don’t know why this Pizza Hut has the low rating it has. They was on it was handling business for sure. This place was jam pack out the door and this was when they had the bad snow storm last week and they was still at work banging them wings and pizzas out the door. I had a good experience here food was fresh hot and the people working here was very chill. They came in to work even when it was snowing up a storm. I recommend this place to anyone looking for great food.

Ordered a pizza, app showed delivery would be 30 minutes. At 45 minutes I call, said my order was barely being made. Apparently they don’t pay attention to orders coming in. This place is a joke almost as much as the people that run it. Too bad, I grew up on pizza hut growing up.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I first did an online order for a melt and 8 piece boneless wings for pickup. Everything was overcooked. I do believe in second chances. Everyone is entitled to a bad day here and there. (Besides I LOVE Pizza Hut and they’re local) I even gave them a second chance. Again the customer service was awful. I can’t make this up. I politely explained what happened during my last visit and when I was done all I was told was my total for my current order. No feedback or apology whatsoever. NEVER AGAIN. Worst Pizza Hut experience in life.
