I ordered a pizza from this location (demotte) for my mother, since she was craving Pizza Hut. I drove a good ways just to pick it up since they are practically non existent in NWI. We haven’t had Pizza Hut in over I don’t know how many years. It was well worth it. Pizza was delicious and it made my day because it made my mom’s day as well.
I will be going back. Tastes just like it did back in the day when I was a kid.

Grateful this Pizza Hut is open, as the one in my area shut down. Typically pretty tasty. Salad bar is average. Was an issue ordering over the phone, but I think it’s now fixed.

We ordered delivery threw door dash. We were missing the wings on our order it happens. We received a credit. I would rather have my dinner but ok. So immediately ordered again to get the missing part plus a couple more things. We payed delivery fee and tipped again. I received the missing part of my first order and the rest was im guessing someone else’s order. It was labeled with someone else’s name and as an Uber eats order. So far we have been offered a credit for next time. I would like to eat dinner tonight. After ordering twice I don’t think three will be the charm and I don’t want to tip and pay a fee for a third time. I’m not trying to be a jerk. I just wanted dinner.
Side note sorry to Momina B. They gave us ur large hand tossed veg lover S Grl prom and personal pan cheese. Hopefully you got ur dinner fixed easier.

Recently went to pick up an order. Breadsticks were fine. Pizza was crispy, almost burnt. The woman manager? NASTY! She continually screamed at the employee checking out my order,(loudly), & would not stop! I felt horrible for that employee. So unprofessional. If I weren’t so hungry, I would have left without my pizza, which was horrible, when I got home anyway. What happened to their pepperoni? It’s disgusting.

Placed my order online. A young man called to let me know they were out of the sauce I ordered and he was very nice and professional. My grandson picked up the food and didn’t get the soda I ordered. When I called, Ashley answered the phone and soon as I told her why I was calling she very rudely let me know that she told my grandson to get the pop out of the cooler and that I have to come back & get it. I told her I was not coming back and before I could say anything else, I was going to ask to credit my card, she had to tell me that’s how they do it and she can’t help he didn’t get it, on & on she went like he committed a crime. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated she was the mgr. Unbelievable that a mgr would talk to a customer like she did. A simple you can come back & pick it up or I can credit your card would have been so much easier and more professional. Instead bc of her shitty attitude we ended up on the phone bickering longer then need be. I will never order from there again and I hope Ashley will get some customer service training.

We stopped in to pick up a slew of pizza and bread sticks for a party. Check out this stack! (see photos) They were great and helpful. Got ’em all in about 20 minutes. It can’t get any better than that. And everyone left the party with full tummies

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered online and when the website said my order was ready for pick up, I went in to pick it up. Upon entering the restaurant, I saw worked up customers waiting around the register. I approached the counter and asked for my order in which I was told my order was not ready. After showing the cashier my phone saying my order was ready for pick up, she said well it says not ready on my end and walked away. While I waited for any sort of response I watched employees make the food without gloves, touching their face/nose and then back to making food. Once again, no gloves. I also watched an employee have whatever holds the pizza TOUCH THE GROUND then put it on the counter to use it. When the general manager came (because she had to be called due to a back flow of orders-even though there were 6 employees there already) she came right in and started making pizzas, without washing her hands. After she was done making pizzas she went and washed her hands, which definitely seems the right order in which to do so. I will never be back to this Pizza Hut and for the love of God I hope this review prevents others from this horrible experience.
