Welcome to the dirtiest Pizza Hut in Indianapolis I just arrived at the store I had an order with them when I arrived at the store they told me to wait 10 minutes I waited and when they finished I went back to them I asked them did they find my order they told me to wait another 20 minutes this is nonsense I want the store owner to replace workers like these because they do not work hard We demand to replace the workers with workers who love work. The big problem is that the store does not have many customers

Delivery was on time, pizza undercooked. Very doughy. Raw dough. Tried to give benefit of the doubt, but I ended up throwing it out. Breadsticks were okay. Called store and they gave me some credit, but it has to be at that store. Not confident I’ll be back, to be honest.

this pizza hut is only 10 mins from my house and i’m confused as to why i received my food cold? then i’m calling and calling the store and absolutely no one answered the phone, i also called beforehand to see if the ranch came with the wings because it doesn’t show in the app. worst pizza hut ever i’m actually disgusted. shoutout to the doordash driver they sent me and the guy didn’t even knock on my door when he arrived 🙂

I don’t leave reviews, normally. Im currently deployed in the military, and my wife is in the labor and delivery hospital in Indianapolis. I ordered pizza hut for her because that was what she wanted. Apparently somehow orders got mixed up and the wrong order was sent. The manager immediately called me and said that they were going to remake the order and send it back out. Had a whole fiasco with the deliveries through door dash and ended up just canceling the order altogether. The manager then proceeded to remake the order again, and delivered to my wife at the hospital personally!!! Never has anyone gone above and beyond to correct an issue the way she has, and guarantee a pregnant lady got the food she wanted!!! I cannot commend and thank her enough for the excellent customer service that she provided!!! So I just wanted to make sure she got some sort of recognition because the service industry is tiring and thankless enough!!!

Placed an online order and picked up my pizza. I didn’t have a reason to open the box and check my food as it was piping hot when I received it. Got home (7min away) and went to feed my daughter and granddaughter only to find my pizza was way UNDERCOOKED and doughy and NASTY. Tried calling over 15 times to be sent to call center who sent me to “kitchen staff” and NO ANSWER Needless to say I had to find something else at 945 at night and I will be at the store expeditiously when they open. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could have left NO stars I would have. People work hard for their money not be mistreated when they spend it

First impression was the inside is neglected. I was at the counter for 10 minutes before someone acknowledge me. I checked the pizzas before leaving and they have not included the side sauces that I paid for. When I asked fir them they they told me they were out.
The service was rude and they could clean up the lobby. Pizza Hut you can do better.

Do not order from Pizza Hut on 86 street off of Michigan road I received my food and the sauce from the hot wings was all over my pizza all in the bag all over my condiments I asked for a 2 liter I got a 20 oz and the driver said the manager don’t care just call him and I called the store for over 2 hours they kept picking up and hanging up I never spoke with anyone but I paid all that money for terrible service never will I ever do it again No Pizza Hut

I’d rate you guys 0 stars if I could your customer service is terrible. How the hell can you lose an order status of your own store and not know the location of your own store you’re the only location on west 86th Street . Rude people running the store too who don’t know a lick of English or pretending you don’t. And hang up on people in the middle of them speaking or playing like the order is with a different store. I’m reporting.
