I just ordered a normal large stuff crust. The crust is non existent, my son thought it was thin crust with absolutely zero sauce. 1st I drove past the store at 7:30 pm, and circled back and all the lights were off outside, no hours of operation on the door, I thought they were closed. These are the signs unfortunately, they’ll be closing soon. +/- 2 yrs ago they were great

Got pizza to go. No one was watching the drive through window so we had to try to get their attention by waving. Ordered pizza and breadsticks. Breadsticks were a bit overcooked and dry and the pan pizza was not crisp and buttery, it was just extra thick bread. In addition, there were no exterior lights on so the restaurant was dark and not well lit. They were pretty busy and the poor quality may be a one off, but with the increase in their prices I was expecting better.

I ordered my pizza online. After being promised via email that I would receive my Hut Rewards points, it’s still at zero. Anyhoo, I got the $11.99 large 3-topping pizza special. The delivery fee brought the total to $20.

It arrived before the scheduled time, which was a bonus. The presentation of the pizza looked as though someone just threw it in the box after it was baked. No love, no care, just nonchalantly sent the pizza on its way.

As far as taste was concerned,it was okay. I had to add a sprinkling of salt, black pepper, and Pizza Hut’s grated cheese to give it some flavor. It seems almost impossible to get a decent pizza these days from any restaurant.

I ordered my food online due to being on bed rest after having an ectopic pregnancy surgery… already in pain, still bleeding, grieving the loss of my pregnancy, and coping with the fact I almost lost my life… this is why I don’t leave tips when placing orders on the website… 1) Yah left my food on the ground outside my front door with no bag covering or anything… 2) I told you knock on my patio door that’s facing the street as it would’ve saved you a trip to the front door which isn’t by the street. All you had to do was knock on the door I would’ve opened it. 3) instead of jumping to conclusions thinking you weren’t getting a tip you should’ve met me face to face to receive your full cash tip that wouldn’t have been a percentage on the tip you would’ve got online. 4) because of how spiteful and janky people have become in the world I’ll take the L and lose my money due to the negligence of my food delivery. 5) didn’t even slice the food up correctly. 6) you’re literally 5 minutes away from my house. I’m sure being a decent human being isn’t that hard. You’re just miserable.

They pawn off their delivery to Door Dash and it always takes over an hour no matter what the Pizza Hut website says it will take to get a delivery. Missing items, poorly cooked items, just a mess every time. And trying to deal with customer service means going through the online portal and dealing with people that can’t actually resolve an issue. Not worth the effort to even deal with them.

The pizza was delivered promptly and the driver was polite and friendly. The pizza was burnt, dry, and not edible. The pasta was also extremely dry. The only thing that was good were the boneless chicken wings and the breadsticks. I called and spoke with the manager who was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. Not only did she refund our order, but also gave us a credit to use in the future. Had it not been for the driver and the manager I would have left one star. Their customer service is undoubtedly 5 stars!

I was greeted by Lisa upon walking in the door. She told me the specials and made a few suggestions. She suggested the honey Bbq wings and they were phenomenal. My whole order was hot and fresh. All around a great experience and Lisa even thanked me for visiting. I was wowed by that because you don’t get that kind of customer service very often. But as long as I am getting customer service and fresh hot food like that I will definitely be returning from now on. Thank you pizza Hut for a great experience on a day I needed it most

I do not want to do this. I couldn’t believe all of the negative reviews because in all of the past 10 years I’ve had nothing but delicious pizza and bread sticks from this location. I’m now mad and out just pennies short of a $30 order. They do not answer the phone. Your calls go to a call center and they place the order for you. If you have an issue the call center routes you to the store. Again, they don’t answer the phone.
This pains me because I want the employees to have a job! I feel horrible for the good ones that work there. I don’t want them to suffer. I don’t want my wallet or belly to suffer. I hate to say it but apparently the negative reviews and mine are true.
It’s not cheese in the photos. I scraped the toppings off. It’s undercooked dough AFTER 20 minutes in my oven at 350 degrees!

People check your food before you leave. The 1 time you don’t like I did, you may not want to drive back up there.

Since when is a melt broken in half, then put in the box anyway and sold.

Lesson learned.
