So DoorDash picked up the wrong order so DoorDash got are pizza wrong so we called Pizza Hut and they were super nice and kind. They got our order fixed and Daniel the manager got his cook to bring it for us. Nice fresh and hot. This service is the best. They also gave us extra breadsticks. This crew is amazing. I recommend this Pizza Hut. Thank you guys so much for doing this.

This locations manager is great fixed my problem last time so I felt no need to complain last time. But now for the second time I have ordered pan paid extra and received hand tossed. Last time they put the wrong toppings wrong crust and extra sauce instead of none almost like I got the wrong pizza the manager sent out a new one made it right. So ordering again expecting things to be fine because it seemed they were trying to make this store better. And I pay the upcharge and don’t even get the crust I like. It’s not a huge deal and was something small it’s just a bit disappointing to happen again almost like they aren’t paying attention to the order completely.

We ordered online in advance for delivery the next day. The day it was to be delivered at 4:45pm. I had even called to very they had the order they said they did. It was not delivered at 4:45 not by 5:00 not by 5:15. I called to check and they 1st time they placed me on hold after 10 minutes on hold I hung up and called again they did not answer. So I drove to the store and waited again for them to help. My order had been done and sat in a warmer for over an hour. Which legally I don’t think is allowed. They were extremely rude. I had told them I understood they were busy but had they let me know I could have easily came to pick it up earlier. They still wanted to charge me still for the delivery fee. The man was so rude he mumbled when talking and I could not understand him and so he yelled. The over all experience was terrible the pizza was awful, naturally after sitting for an hour and had I not had 15 people waiting on pizza I would have just left it. Which I should have done anyway. The employees there were TERRIBLE in every way they treated everyone there waiting for their food, how they spoke to people and their service. I 1000% will NEVER do business there again.

The pizzaaaaaaa was absolutely amazing. I haven’t lived in Indy for quite some time. However traveling through I decided to stop for dinner and I am pleased to say I’m so glad I did. The store was clean and the food was delicious.

Great service experience, above and beyond! We ordered a box deal for pickup, with cinna stix but cheese stix made it in the box by accident. While on the way home before I even knew the mistake, the general manager called and got our address so that he may deliver the cinna stix and gave us a 2 litter for the inconvenient. They were busy and it was an honest mistake, and they couldn’t have handled it better!

Ordered a pizza, wings, and breadsticks. Was super disappointed to find a hair in the pizza. Absolutely grossed out, I called to let them know, and they were able to remake the pie. Not really in the mood for pizza anymore.

Definitely the worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had happened at this location. T-Mobile has a deal every Tuesday where they give their customers freebies. This particular Tuesday was a promo code for Pizza Hut where if you spend $1, you get a free “Crafted Flatzz” pizza (normally priced at $5). So I ordered for pickup and paid for it through the app on my lunch break. I get there and the guy at the counter says I owe $5. I politely tried to explain the promo code and how I already paid in the app and he keeps insisting that theirs still a balance due. I asked to speak to a manager and he says he is the General Manager. So I just asked for a refund since theirs no sense in arguing. He did refund my $1.36 and ended up giving me my food (cheese dipping sauce was cold btw) but he was still mad and cussed at me while I was walking back out to my car. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or if he was mad that he had to give me a free pizza for the T-Mobile deal but there was no reason for him to treat me like that. I will never be returning to this location and I may never eat at Pizza Hut again.

The door dasher that delivered my food forgot my 2 Liter so the general manager made sure he personally delivered it himself ! I wish I would have got his name but I just thought that was awesome because he didn’t have to do that! Good management on his part ! Thank you again!
